Organisation culture is defined as the belief and values of company,
This presentation is based on the case study of Ikea Company in regard to its organisation
culture.
The brand is a private retail sector organisation established in the year 1943.
Ingvar Kampard is the founder of organisation.
Company is currently catering to approximately 378 locations at a global level.
Currently company is planning to expand its business operations in India.

India is among the most emerging market at a global level.
The GDP Growth rate of company is predicted as 11% for the previous financial year.
Middle class group is emerging rapidly in India along with constant increasing population belonging to upper class
economic background in country.
Company is planning to install the entire set up in Hyderabad city of India where global based firms like Microsoft, Google
and Facebook is having their headquarters.
The emergence of India could attract to multinational companies to come and initiate business operations in the country so
that competitive advantage could have been taken by the business entities.
Companies always require market that can provide suitable growth opportunities to business entities where they can not
only sustain the growth rate along with boosting up the profitability margins as well (Andersson and Keskitalo, 2018).
