1. INTRODUCTION
Reflective Practise can be identified as the study of self through the various courses that an
individual goes through in life. It is actually the capacity that every individual attains to reflect
upon their engagement in a process and developed idea behind the process that the individual has
been learning with their continuous learning methods (Scott, West & Tibaut, 2016).
For graduates, it is important that the students reflect upon their own learning and the identified
courses. This is essential that the student understand what they have been learning, and based
upon that, it is also essential that the student analyse themselves based upon the learnings and
knowledge they have gathered during their course timings. Similarly, for the Masters of Project
Management, it is essential that the students analyse themselves on how they have acquired the
learnings and how they have been enriched by the knowledge they have gathered about the way
to handle a project at any given situation (Siemiatycki, 2015).
These learnings were important for me as I had the chance to analyse how I would be handling
the projects and how the project can be made flexible enough to handle all the problems ensuing
the issues faced during the project.

reflecting on the situation
There had been a situation
where I could effectively
understand the social and
technical requirements of the
project through the RPM
agenda. This was previously
not known to me and I had
no idea about how a project
can be classified based on
their nature.
Previously, I never had the
idea that the practitioners
and the student need to
develop the idea that the
projects can be classifies into
several distinctive features
based on their nature. I got to
learn about the RPM agenda
that suggest the classification
of the standardized projects.
I learnt about the RPM agenda
in this case, which made me
realize that the project
management practitioners and
students need to understand
the approach that one should
have for the projects through a
self-learning developed to
understand how every people in
the project team perceives the
outcomes of the project (Cheng
& Randall-Parker, 2017). This
would identify the measure of
every project and the ways that
would establish all the issues,
ambiguities and political astute
behind the progression of the
project.

The specific
improvement
strategy is to
previously
estimate the
outcomes of the
project by
assessing the
resources and
the requirement
for the entire
project. This
would help in
assessing the
perspectives of
all the project
team member
to find out the
social technical
nature of the
projects.
I would know
the strategy
was working as
I could measure
the assessment
clearly about
how the project
team members
and even the
stakeholders
associated to
the project.
This strategy is
achievable for
me because I
have the ability
to scrutinize
and analyse the
project clearly
with all the
mentioned
points
developed for
the project and
considering all
the constraints
that the project
has (Samset &

This would
make me

possible
outcomes of
the project with
the ability to

the different
stakeholders
can perceive
the outcomes
of the project.
This strategy is
relevant to
lesson 1 as it

the project
would be

it would be

tasks. This
would also

about the
important
aspects about
the project and
the ways by
which it would
become easier
to handle the
outcomes and
the constraints
of the project.
I will implement
this strategy by
making sure
that the
knowledge that
I have gathered
is essentially
and effectively
transferred to
every
concerned
person,
including my
supervisors and
professors to
let them
analyse if I
have been
analysing the
prospects and
the knowledges
in the best way
possible.

Therefore, from the above reflective measures that I have stated according to the lessons that I have
learned according to my course as a Masters in Project Management. The entire ideation of the
course is stated in the above report as per the knowledge and learnings that I have gathered
throughout the course. There have been various identified self-reflections in the process as well that
helped me to understand how my learning would help me in having a comprehensive idea about all
the lessons that I have gone through so far. I have mentioned my strategies to identify all the
constraints of the project and all the ways by which I would like to document every thing of the
lessons that I have learnt. This will help me justify my learnings according to the knowledge that I
have gathered and according to the idea that I currently have about a particular project. I have also
