Introduction
Scholars have argued that there is that there is an
increasing need for reflective practice, given a growing
concern in various professions ((Gould 1996; Schon 1983).
During my study project in this course I have realized that
when we are doing group, everyone couldn't come to
university in same day due to their situation. so most time we
had to discuss online, but it was a bit difficult for me. I have
also realized that When we had group assignment during our
course, I was always a last minute person. In this presentation
I am going identify this lessons learnt, and consider what
actions can be taken to address this lessons and improve my
overall performance in future study projects.

Conclusion
In conclusion, looking at the situations
above it is evident that planning and
setting personal deadlines plays a key role
when it comes to getting various tasks
done in time. Being a project manager will
require one to posses planning skills if he/
she is to cover various tasks in time and
within a stipulated time frame. Preparation
and getting the team to know what is
expected of them is just but part of the
planning process for any project manager.
