The components based on those a projects
can be classified are as follows:

team, total time needed etc)
 Type (operation, strategy, tactical
maintenance etc)
 Complexity of the project
Application (software development,
construction, etc)
 Not necessarily each time the project
managers will be senior in the
organization. The designation of PM is
always given based on their skills and
experience.

that the work is progressing
