I have been experiencing different processes in the stakeholder management
and engagement in the project negotiation. Therefore, I have been a part of the
project of construction of a bridge. This project has helped in accessing various
knowledge and skills related to the project management. The Chunnel project
helped me to understand and evaluate the various methods that are utilized in
maintain a project cycle.

The consequences in the delays of the project has been helping in maintaining
the result of the project. I have understood the delays in lot of issues in the
project site. . Negative effects such as contract termination, contractors, loss of
productivity and increased costs were investigated and evaluated.
