Introduction
The process of maintaining the recruitment of the technical staff and the estimated section of
inclusion in the civil engineer has been mentioned which could be helpful in maintaining the
future based scenario. The feasibility plan as well as proper finance model has been given which
will be used in the future based perspective. The document finding as well as the supply chain
based action has been clearly describe which could be helpful in the prospectus status to the
project base attendance. The procurement plan and the engineering base implementation has
been mentioned which could be helpful in the future based prospect of the project. Requirement
of communication has been clearly described which is based on an immediate basis.
Task 1
The construction of New Mc Donald’s needs six steps of procurement process such as pre-construction,
construction, monitoring, quality checking, develop software, promotional and marketing. Pre-
construction can be divided into two parts planning and collecting raw material from the market. Planning
shall be performed by project managers and his team. Moreover, the essential raw material shall be
collected by the procurement team. Construction phase shall be divided into two parts one constructing
the restaurant along with road facilities and another one is implementation of solar panel on the roof
(Gates and Podder, 2015). The work of construction of restaurant shall be completed by civil engineers
and solar panel shall be incorporated by technical operator. The work of construction needs daily
monitoring process which shall be performed by the monitoring team with the help of 360 degree review
to measure the limit.

Quality check shall be performed by collecting various samples from construction site. This shall
be performed by the quality managers of the project and team. Thereafter software development
shall be performed by software developer’s team (Calabrese et al. 2016). The most important for
successful of new project is its promotional planning. The marketing team shall take help of
social media to attract customers from different part of the country.
Task 2
The feasibility plan is based on the complete budget action and its plan to the constructional
work which has been one of the main motives of the project. The project-based implementation
of the different activity is needed to be based on the different consequences are explained. The
first cost estimation which has been given in the financial table is the construction to cost about $
10000. The road facilities completion is needed to be based on the budget of $12000 according
to the other project based resource availability which could be used as per the gaining of a
project based apprehension (Badri et al. 2016). The proper implementation of construction in
solar panel as well as the alternative electricity it has been provided to bear the cost of $ 45, 600
which quite a huge amount for the project and its importance to bear. The miscellaneous
expenses have been bought to the expenditure of $ 23, 600.

This expenditure has provided to bear the lover amount is near about $9,000,000 in the project
which will be completed within the 12 months. However the total budget is $883,352 which is
needed to be controlled also that the proper inspection and the different types of work based
relevance is being mentioned for the project ease.
Task 3
The company ADCO construction has been forgiven to execute the responsibility to be carried
out which is needed to be maintained at the given time. Steven Chou of ECA and Michael Peter
is the owner of the project wants to complete building Mc Donald’s outlet within 12 months at
Kellyville. In order to perform, the step of the project management shall be performed. The
action which has been taken to fulfil the requirement is made by the chosen engine which will be
based on the accurate execution. The road facilities completion along with the constructive solar
panel is needed to be based on the proper time and convenience so that it could be used as per the
estimated time and convenient (Walker et al. 2016). In order to complete the project within the
time frame, the alternative electricity as well as the miscellaneous activities has been proclaimed
in the correspondence which is based in the proper adjective to be maintained. The inspection
and the completion of the project are needed to be based on the comprehensive scenario which
will be based on the needed sections of implementation (Cassidy, 2016). The security cameras
are needed to be built according to the need of monitoring the employees and their significance
which could be used to gain the proper observation in respect to finish the project within time
frame (Horwath et al. 2018). The proper implementation of the drive through facility is needed

to be maintained over the prospective that could be used at the time helpful for the project to be
completed at a given time and within the given budget (Kwon and Kang, 2018).
The financial plan that has been stated above is aligned with the objectives of the project. If the
project manager follows the feasibility plan accordingly, then it would be easy to perform and
complete the project within time frame of the organisation. It has been analysed that plan of
budget created focusing on the objectives of the company.
Task 4
There are several processes which are needed to be maintained by the project documentation.
The first process is to maintain the document observation which is a main aspect of project as per
the legal processes could be handled by the severe process.

Quality aspects of the organization policy are based on the review policy and the quality
management of the quality which could be based on gaining the apprehension of the policy
(Smith et al. 2016). The project has some of the best policies which are indeed to be taken care
of. The objective such as aim review is the next step which is needed to be taken by the
consecutiveness (Kerzner, 2017). The minority services such as developing the process and its
implementations needed to be taken on the basis of software based assessment (Sørensen et al.
2016). It is a very important part of the project as it holds the motive to be built over the

various raw materials such as measuring tapes, bricks, solar panel and many more. The list of the

Managerial Department of Mc Donald’s. The managerial department would provide permission

Thereafter process of purchasing would be done by the procurement team of Mc Donald’s
provide bills to the accountants department of Mc Donald’s. After that the payment has been
done Accountants and material would be collected by the procurement team of Mc Donald’s.
Task 6
The scope as well as the statement of the objective has been clearly defined as the process to be
justified which is needed to be maintained over the scenario which is needed to be maintained
over the project based scenario. The project fulfilment needs no other technical requirement
which could be used in gaining the processed sections. The usage of the different section and its
maintenance is needed to be maintained over the protection the need and help of the proper
segmentation. The fresh scope statement after reviewing the progress would be- “To develop
Kellyville Mc Donald will be located within 3000 m2 restaurant and the children seating is

reserved for at least 90 people. These will include the facilities which have been taken care of the
previous statement to be in the project”.
Task 7
Work package is the related work that is needed for the completion of a project. In the given
scenario the Mc Donald's want to start a new restaurant branch in Kellyville with a children
playground, Mc Cafe facilities. According to Neupane (2016), the completion of a restaurant
needs the collaboration of various technological equipments. The work breakdown structure has
shown the time frame for the completion of the restaurant within one year.

The work breakdown provides that nearly 41% of the work has been completed within 3 months
during the implementation process of monitoring for the project (Hall, 2015). It has been seen
that the road facilities and implementation of solar panel and alternative electricity would be
completed within 20 days approximately and all the other work would be completed within 4
days approximately. The implementation of the site inspection would be completed within 10
days approximately along with the development process. According to Verzuh (2015) the
completion of a project it has been seen that the work breakdown structure would help the
organisation to complete their work within a specific time frame. In the given scenario, the time
frame of the completion of the project is one year. Hence the organisation shall follow the given
work breakdown structure to complete its project within one year.
Task 8
The communication system is an important strategy for the organisation regarding the
completion of any project. According to Simis et al. (2016), communication would help the
organisation to find the defects in the project that has been implemented. There is various type of
communication such as Synchronous Communication, Asynchronous Communication, and
Assessing new technology.
Synchronous communication:

The type of communication-related to face to face communication can be termed as Synchronous
communication. According to Stowell et al. (2016), communication is performed through a live
meeting, video calling, computer assistant conference, instant messaging. This type of
communication would help the organisational employees to manifest effective achieving way for
completion of the project (Flanagan et al. 2018). It has been seen that employees would be
motivated through this type of communication and help to assist the project with higher quality
work.
Asynchronous communication:
In this type of communication, it persist technological help for the process of communication.
The communication processes are performed through fax, email, project blog, really simple
syndication and mail and package delivery. According to Binder (2016), this type of
communication would help Mc Donald’s to attract the attention of the stakeholder and investors
for the investing process of the organisation. It would increase the brand value for the
organisation.
Assessing new technology:
The rapid growth of technology has manifested the process of communication in a new way. The
collaboration with the social platform would provide a cost-effective way for the organisation in
regard to promotion (Muszynska et al. 2015). It has been seen that employees can gather
effective promotional categories for the organisational project. A communication plan has given
for the completion of the project (Refer to appendix)
In order to complete the project of Mc Donald’s within the 12 months, an effective
communication process is needed within the stakeholders and other employees of the
organisation.
Task 9
Reporting of the project means showing the current status of the project. According to Siew
(2015), it plays an important role in the attraction of the stakeholder for investment in the project
that would accelerate the process of completion of the project within time frame of 12 months.
As suggested by Zante et al. (2016), there are two types of reporting systems of an organisation
such as Internal reporting system and external reporting system. According to Rich et al. (2018),
internal reporting is a vital component for the organisation to deals with the challenges for the

organisation. It provides a solution for the growth of the organisation and resulted in an effective
strategy that would help the organisation to expand its market. As mentioned by Butt et al.
(2016), external reporting would help the organisation for the attraction of the investor,
stakeholders, creditor for the organisation. It shows the financial condition of the organisation
that would help in the process of growth.
The communication plan would help the managerial department of Mc Donald’s to encounter
both the internal and external reporting system for the project. The meeting, instant messaging
would help the organisations to gathers effective knowledge about the internal challenges that
the company is facing and project blog and social media would help in fetching the attention of
the stakeholder.
Stakeholders are a significant part of the organisation that provides an effective strategy for the
growth of the organisation. According to Dragija Kostić (2017), there are two types of
stakeholders for an organisation such as internal stakeholder and external stakeholder. According
to Barnett and Weyman (2016), internal Stakeholders are the internal part of an organisation
such as employees while external stakeholders are the external part of an organisation that are
not directly related to the goal of an organisation such as creditors, customers and many more.

organisation.
Task 10
The restaurant business is always affected by the environmental and cultural factor regarding
growth. Kellyville of New South Wales in Australia has a favourable climatic condition for the
growth of the organisation (Mace et al. 2015). Moreover, the culture of the place is liberal that
accept any development very easily. According to Waldenström et al. (2017), the register of risk
would help the organisation to assess the risk factor for the organisation. However, there are
some risks present in the project such as

● Various substitute present regarding the Mc Donald’s

attract customers. Software development shall be done by software developer to gain effective
strategy for competitive advantages.

It can be concluded from the above project plan that the implementation of the work breakdown
structure would help the organisation to complete the project within a specific time. It has been
seen that the communication plan would provide an effective plan for the growth of the
organisation and enhance the expansion of the market. The communication process for
stakeholder would help the organisation to provide an effective strategy for growth of the
organisation and funds for the completion of the project. The risk register would help to denote
the risk factor for the project and its impact on the growth of the organisation. The role and
