INTRODUCTION
In the modern world, business environment get more complex and competitive which
gives a great impact on organisation. It is necessary for an organisation that they have to identify
and analyse the working environment so that they can reduce the risks and uncertainties. A
company can achieve organisational goals and objectives only when they can satisfied their
employees. Job satisfaction is one of the method that assists to employees to stay in the business
environment. In the field of teaching, it plays a crucial role in their job. In this context,
Kingswood Academy is undertaken to analyse the working conditions that located in Hull,
England. This report is conducting a small evaluation for teaching that how they can satisfied
with job and give their best.
MAIN BODY
TASK
Working Environment
Job satisfaction in any area of work depends heavily on how supportive the work
environment is. Actual work, pay, and extension for advancement are just some of the factors
that affect job satisfaction. It is identified that Kingswood Academy has always try to satisfies
their teachers as they wanted to satisfied them. A teacher who is generally dissatisfied with his or
her work becomes demotivated and forced to withdraw from his or her duties (Riyanto, Sutrisno
and Ali, 2017). This will give a great impact on the school's education system as their good
teachers are withdrawing their duties that is not good for their growth. It is important to provide
the representatives with a useful working environment for their entire event (Kioko, 2017). As
mentioned above, people spend a large part of their lives at work. So the agents expect more than
money for their work (Waddell, et al., 2019). Now it tends to say that a strong and friendly
environment can lead to higher job satisfaction (Gonçalves, 2017). Kingswood Academy must
do their best to stay on top of equipment and offices.
Kingswood Academy has to refrain from congestion and to give each represent their own
space, be it a work area, a storage room or just an industrial accident the work environment.
Many things that contribute to dissatisfaction with the some of them are helpless working
conditions, overwork, low wages, lack of advancement or professional success and lack of
recognition (Arabyan and Vedelago, 2017). In any case, the most terrible is the consequences of
