Premier inn is mainly recognised as the largest group of hospitality company which is mainly serving Large number of consumers . The company is providing various services for accommodating the consumer with sound sleeping and best experiences with providing the quality services at affordable prices for helping the guest with serving the best services which helps in impacting positively. It is mainly established at the airport locations, city centres and suburbs. As With establishing the large chain of hotels in the country is varying on the size and its nature of serving the guest arriving at the hotels. This report provide details about the understanding the organisation and its business environment as by explaining the structure of the premier in. also explaining its environment by using the swot and pestle analysis for defining the factors impacting the business and its operations . MAIN BODY Organizational structure of the Premier inn Organisational structure of the company is mainly defining theprocessof outlining the companygoalsforachievingtheobjectives.Formingthestructurehelpsinguidingthe employees working in the company as for reporting their relationships. The organisational structure of the premier inn mainly described as the Hierarchical in nature. The employees working in the premier inn with the hierarchy nature structure have clearly defined the knowledges and its operations for achieving the desired objectives. As the main departments of the company structure is being divided into the food and beverage, human resources, finance, marketing, accounting, logistics, sales, front office department (Möller, Nenonen and Storbacka, 2020). The organisational structure in the hotels helps in delegating all the responsibilities with specific job qualities as for improving with efficiently and increasing the productivity by servicing the best experiences to all the guest arriving at the hotel. Thefinance departmentrole in operating the hotel operation in mainly responsible for recording all the transaction of the hotel operation as for providing various accommodation
services, food and beverages services by handling the cost accounting and financial statement of the hotel operations. Human resource department:This department is mainly responsible as for acquiring , selecting , recruiting the employees, training and development and workforce safety in operating different functions. Food and beverage department: This is mainly responsible as for cleaning and serving the guest with providing various food and beverages services including dinning, lunch, desserts. marketing department accounting logistics: This department is mainly responsible for providing and handling all the supplies as of tracking the raw materials, purchasing and keeping securely by maintaining the supply chain for serving timely with all the services to the guest. Sales manager:Mainly responsible for handing all the sales operations as of reserving and booking the rooms of VIP and other guest at the premium in nature. Front office department:Handling all the consumer services and responsible for reserving, keeping all the accommodating service up to date. Thus, by forming this structure in the premier inn helps in assigning all the role in pre defined manner which helps in better understanding o all the roles and responsibilities in clear manner.

Opportunities Byenteringandinvestingintothe emerging market helps the company to grow and expansion its operation's by targettingthelargenumberof consumer . Usingvariousexpansionoptionfor graspingtheopportunitiesasof franchising the business for entering in to other countries (Sołoducho-Pelc and Sulich, 2020). Byenteringintovariousother industriesasforfoodandevent managementinthehotelhelpsin graspingbettertargetmarketin engaging audiences. Threat with high level of competition as for servingtheguestwithproviding varioushospitalitymanagement services by the competitors impacting theprofitsandrevenuesforthe company as for achieving growth. Various legal laws and the rules for operating in the dynamic market with the legal actions and risk (Benzaghta and et.al., 2021). Declining in the tourism is impacting the company its operation for earning more revenues.
PESTLE ANALYSIS With using the pestle analysis helps in analysing the macro factors impacting the company operations. Political factors:various rules and regulation as for operating into the dynamic market operations impacting the company for serving the large number of consumers. It gives the negative impacts as the rules of the government for operating the hotels as per the norm during all the safety and hygiene concerns post pandemic (Khalid and Rahman, 2019). Also, the positive collaboration by the government results in achieving success for developing the hospitality industry for employing various individual with skilled ad competency in the industry. Economic factors:Various factors as during the recession and the financial crises results in negative impact on the industry. Due to the covid pandemic and the Brexit impacts the operation and the economic which decline the GDP as due to uncertainties in the climate (Susilo, 2020). Further by providing various services based in the different location helps in engaging and attracting the consumers and the guest by tailoring their offering with providing wide range of services due to economic conditions. Social factors:Changing of the lifestyles cultural changes these are mainly the impacting factors which impacts the operations. For this the company is mainly organising its stays of various guest. As the company is targeting various individual as of the individual which are spending more during the seasonal holidays by fulfilling their demand with offering various accommodation services. Technological factors: the technical fluctuation impacting the company marketing and sales operation for offering various dealing to attract large number of consumer. Also it gives positive impacts in the company by applying using all the latest technology for communicating better and providing all the service for attraction large guest by advertising and campaigning the hotel , also simplifies websites as for booking and providing the Wi-Fi service and taking review helps in providing better services to the guest arriving at the hotel. Legal factors:With changes in various legal laws and regulations impact the premier inn. As if the high taxes, paying the minimum wages to all the employees impact the company in positive and vegetatively (Cherunilam, 2020).
