serving its customer globally (Holbeche, 2018). It is the premier brand of hotels and has also
received so many awards for being the finest hotel chains. The report will outline the detailed
organisational structure of the chosen company. Along with it, the report is going to cover the
aspects of the chosen company in relation to the internal and external factors. For the purpose of
that analysis the report aims to evaluate the SWOT Analysis and Pestle Analysis. The main
target is to find out the strength and the weakness of the Premier Inn and highlight the factors
which are considered to create major impact on the operations of the chosen company. Also, the
proper examination of the internal environment of the business will allow to help in order to
know the
strengths of the business. For instance, if the company is better in formulating the policies and
taking improved decisions in context to the work environment ( Ibnugraha, and et.al.,2021).

Organisational Structure is detailed plan in which the various duties and activities are planned by
the main management of the company (Jelonek, and et.al., 2019). The service industry is
growing at the fast pace as compared to other sectors in the market and the chosen company is
considered as one of the largest hotel chain in the UK. The organisational structure of the chosen
company is hierarchical as there are number of employees and staff in a big hotel. All are given
proper duties and responsibilities as their department in order to maintain the well-functioning
organization. In this structure the employees are clear about their duties as the main manager is
