Project Title: Arranging a Staffs’ Training session on the use

Description: Implementation of a new software in an organization will work only if the staffs are properly
trained about the working principle of the software. On basis of the feedbacks collected from the staffs
and workers about the advantages of the software, it has been identified that several staffs are facing
problems in using the system and hence are not able to realize its benefits. Therefore, a training project is

Justification of the Project Plan-
Need of the Project:-
The proposed software training project is needed to increase the operational efficiency of the staffs and
the overall productive efficiency of the organization (Srisakaokul et al., 2018). On launching a new
software, it is practically essential for the organization to arrange a training program to enhance the skill
set of the workers (Niazi, 2015). This will help the workers in understanding the working process of the
software and therefore the proposed project is justified.
Time Needed for Implementation:-
The entire project will require 4 months for completion, which include 1 month time for monitoring the
project results.
The time estimated for the project is feasible and the time allocated for each task is sufficient to execute
the entire project within the time of 8 months.
