Macro environment factor also affect the shape by the norms and on the other side, the
lifestyle of the patient also affect the dentistry. This factor needs to be adjusted because of :

2. Process and maintain the equipment with manufacturer
Aspirator: This is used to remove the mucus, blood fluid from the patient and uses in
ambulance, battery is used to support it (Araújo, 2018).
Waterlines: To supply power and serve as a base for dental device. It is a source from a
municipal water and closed bottle water system.
Water storage equipment: this instrument is used to store water in a clinic so that it
reduces wastage amount of water.

2. Reason to cleaning the sterilisation

If the doctor did not decontaminate the equipment then it increases the risk of infection
arises. During the process of finding any damaged instrument then it should immediate replaced
and if the same is not done and during operation damaged instrument are uses then it increases
the chances of infection.
3. Records of sterilisation procedure are required to kept in room
All the medical and surgical devices with proper inventory notebook should be
maintained in a room during the time of sterilisation procedures. Files with local codes and
sterile supplies should also be stored in dry area (Welbury, Duggal and Hosey, 2018).
4. How instrument for sterilisation prepares
All the instrument such as surgical, non- surgical and hand pieces should be prepared and
put in the floor which is smooth and on the other side, the presence of oil, dirt create negative
affect and nurses should check that the products are soft in use and did not cause any damage to
a patients.
