MAIN BODY My Ideal Job My ideal job is of working as Manager in Human Resource. Ialways wanted to understand the people and how their efficiency and productivity can be improved. The job of HR manager will help me in serving the people and also help company in getting the best employees. Why I am interested in this Job The job has become my preference over any other job. I love interacting with new people and knowing them. I love knowing the things that are effecting and how they can be motivated for improving their productivity.Providing the company with best talents. This is the easiest source of generating lead and HR of firm can get resumes of many people those who are suitable for the enterprise. But there is some drawback of LinkedIn, one of the major weakness is that it is not considered as ideal platform for the young consumers because all professionals people searched by employer hence fresher’s do not get much chance to get call from respective company. Premium accounts are very costly to prepare in this site. Glassdoor This is another job search engine where former and existing employees or employers both apply for job and search for the right candidate. This platform has all the details related to salaries, interview questions, company background etc. hence employer can get detail about the person and also employee can apply in the suitable company and post as per their capabilities (Bencharit and et.al., 2019). The main advantage of this site is that company’s reviews can be seen by everyone. Hence individuals can apply for the right job in right firm. Individual can apply through its 3

But this also has some drawback. One of the major issue in the Glassdoor is that it has limited search options as individual can not search advance things in it. CONCLUSION Study can be summarised as human resource manager is the most important person in company, individual plays significant role in the business unit. Each company wants to hire most talented and experienced HR person in the firm and for that employers take support of various job search engines.
