this network for their own purpose. Negative CSR issue of the company is law quality customers
services and waiting line to talk with the customers services prospective. It is important the
company to resolve this issue of CSR so they can gain customer loyalty and achieve their
objectives in the market where they are operating their business. Company is working for their
customers services. They need to fix is as soon as possible otherwise their customers can switch
their brand to the other network.
