INTRODUCTION
Being a graduate, it is highly essential to a individual to gain information of the area and
the career which one wants to adopt after the completion of degree course at the college campus.
The reason lying behind the same is that this would offer the individual with an opportunity to
work upon growing information of these career from the initial level of pursuing graduation at
college. This would make it less stressful and hectic to the individual to select the career after the
completion of the degree course. This assignment has the motive for depiction of information of
the perfect and most ideal job which I aim to execute in the upcoming time period. This also
counts that the resources and their ways which can be accessed by me to find the job in the
desired and the appropriate as well as ideal domain. The position chosen by me would be
analysed by gaining a profound deep insight into it along with the reasons underlying behind its
selection. Further, it comprises the job description, individual specification and resources needed
to get a job in this domain. In this context, the ideal job that has been chosen by me and
evaluated within the project is recognized to be working as a sales manager and managing a team
of corporate under me.
MY IDEAL JOB
What would be the ideal job?
It is crucial to an individual to select an ideal job in which they want to be employed post
the completion of their graduation degree course. This would offer assistance to them in planning
to the ideal job well in advance and gaining information about the field. As a outcome of this, an
individual is capable to carry out work in the ideal job in an effective manner as per the
expectations as well as requirements of the company. In this context, I have analysed that
presently I do no have sound information of the ideal job which I want to pursue in future course
of time. I can state that I have tried internships within the confines of some organisations but
amongst all of them, I have realised that I possess likelihood towards management of team as the
ideal job to me. In this context, the search and selection of an ideal job by me would reach to the
conclusion that I want to work as a manager within any company. Further, as my educational
background is sales area, I would like to work as sales manager within any reputed and top
company.

Why I am interested in this sort of job?
As per my opinion, I can say that I have the skills that are essential to management of
individuals within groups. After the completion of graduation degree course, I would put my
hand at acquisition of these information gain which can offer assistance to me in unleashing my
true potential at ideal job which is to work as a sales manager. This would render help to me in
ensuring that I have good information of the area that I want to enter, or, in other words, my ideal
job. Further, I am so interested in working as a sales manager as sales is the area which has been
intriguing me since the begin of my graduation. I have always been attracted to the big numbers
that are associated with sales domain, in terms of the revenues or profits gained by the
companies operating in the respective field. This would no be wrong to say that my ability and
competences effectively complement the ones needed to accomplishing the roles and
responsibilities linked to this job role. As that firm work in a area in which I hold interest rather
than being employed in the one whereby I have no likelihood and I have to operate against my
interest and intent.

I intend to work within the confines of a reputed company operating in the boundaries of
London, UK. I want to work within this city only as this city being the capital of London is home
to a large number of companies. These corporations have infinite number of opportunities
available to graduates as well as experienced individuals who intend to work within a reputed
company having extensive brand name and value within global market place. Looking upon the
employment opportunities available within this city, I have chosen London as the place of work.
This location would offer assistance to me in securing place within a top and reputed company as
a sales manager heading my very own sales team and managing them. As a outcome of this, I
would be capable to grow my professional career within a top company which has an excellent
opportunity available to the position of sales manager. This would offer help to me in
experiencing individually as well as professional growth, besides that facilitating elevation of my
career in the long run. However, after the elapse of some years, I would like to move back to my
very own native country and work there. I would begin my very own trade there by applying the
