TASK 2: REPORT
A) Ideal Job
The concept relating to ideal job is relating to carrying such jobs which satisfy the needs
and wants of the employees and also offers good salary packages. The expectation which the
people carry regarding their ideal job is that they get more promotion in these jobs regarding
committing good work and also the salary is to be increased depending upon the quality of the
work which they are providing (Sánchez-Moral, Bontje and Musterd, 2018). By attaining this
report, the job is undertaken for the post of the marketing manager as marketing department is
one of the most challenging and demanding department for the company. Company stability
depends upon the procedure which they used to promote the business through conducting
research or promoting the business online. Thus, the ideal job which is preferred after competing
the graduation in marketing and working under various companies as post of marketing
executives, is now relating to attaining the post of the marketing manager.
B)Job Description:
In relation to explaining the roles and responsibility of the marketing managers, they
carry various responsibilities regarding undertaking the planning procedure, implementing
various strategies and also executing them to regain the advantages (Marketing manger job
description, 2019). The role of marketing managers is to motivate other team members to bring
innovative ideas or strategies regarding attracting customer and also retaining the existing
customer towards the business. The responsibilities which the marketing managers undertakes is
relating to :
 Communicating with the research and development department regarding the taste and
preference of the customer.
 Bringing innovative ideas at work place
 Supporting sales team to simplified their target customer
 Making the marketing planning and communicating with other team members to share
their reviews regarding pertaining to particular strategies.
