TASK 2 A) Ideal job. The concept of this file is relating to the jobs which is satisfied the needs and wants of employees and also offers good and attractive salary package. The salary which is depends on quality of work which they are giving. For attending this report, the undertaken job role is Human Resource manager for one of the best leading international company. The hiring of people depending upon roles and skills required for the company. Human resource manager of company is more responsible person who is created happy and motivated environment for employees who are working at their. Human resource manager required different types of skills and qualifications which has important for managing and handling their role for leading international company for managing human resource of company. B) Job description for the Human Resource Manager. Job description is completely reflected about the roles and responsibilities for particular job role. For examining this, here selected job role is Human Resource Manager for one of the most leading international company. They are guide and manage over all policies and provision of human resource services and program for company (Brewster and Söderström, 2017). They have higher level of job responsibilities which are differs depending on the over all needs and wants of company or international company. Human resources manager determine and allocate duties and job roles required by the senior manager and management team in order to meet the needs and wants of their workforce management in effective and valuable manner. They have various responsibilities to manager employees and performing their task. The major areas human resource manager manages which are discussed as follows: Responsible for hiring and staffing employee. Organizational planning for changing situations for work. Role to manage performance of employees and manage improvement system. Employmentandcompliancewithrulesandregulationsconcernsregardingto employees.
Responsible for organizing training and development program for improving skills of employees (Human Resources Manager Job Description,2017). Maintain effective and strong employee relation. The person specification is a description of qualification, experience, skills, knowledge and another attributes which candidates must be process to performing their task and job roles. This should be derived from the job description and forms the foundations for the effective and valuable recruitment process. Skills: There some skills and abilities or knowledge which are more important and effective for managing works of human resource manager (Reilly and Williams, 2017). Those important skills for respected post are as follows: Strong and effective communication skills in both way either it is oral and written. Highly developed and demonstrate team work skills. Effective interpersonal skills and higher confidence not over-confidence. Ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches and departmental contribution for effective working styles. Ability to exhibit to continuous learning. Strong commitment to and interest in employee relation. Ability to lead in an environment of constant changes. Qualification: Here is mention some qualification which are required for human resource manager for leading international company with proper use of knowledge and skills (Trullen and et.al., 2016). Bachelor degree in human resource business from certified university. Master in business or human resource management to related field. SPHR designation will receive consideration but not required. Basic computer knowledge. Having experience as human resource for 2 years.

As per the qualification and skills, I found that I am suitable for this job role by carrying adequate experience of working in field of human resource manager. The skills which are carried in more effective and suitable for post as the company whole strategies and profits which depending upon strategies and techniques by human resource department of company. Resources: In context of depending on and applying for the post of Human Resource Manager, the resources from where job is identified to use of internet because at their various companies are post application regarding job recruitment (Waddock and Bodwell, 2017). Most of the time, getting information about job from newspaper where the special pages reflect about job with details. With the help of those aspects, resources which is advertising of job on sites or social media network is useful for getting appropriate ideas regarding the particular jobs in proper manner. This helped to make more effectiveness for finding jobs.
