Three resources for employment related purposes Social network- Social network is set of websites that permits individual with similar interest to come together and share videos, image and information. Some people engaged in social networking for business endeavour or personal. It does a lot for residential people and job seekers, social network, lead to data on job openings not yet publicized. Online social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and others are the most essential tools for job search and employment related purpose as well. It is considered as the best online platform that permits people to create their public profile on websites.
News paper News papers is one of the best and most effective resource used for employment related purpose. It covers broad variety of areas such as business, art, politics etc. and also include materials such as advice columns, job vacancies, reviews of local services and obituaries. The purpose of newspaper is to share and convey content as effectively as possible, current news or information to specific people in society. With the help of this resource employers post and promote their unfilled vacancies in order to gain attention of talented people.
Internet Internet is worldwide area network that connect electronic systems all around the globe. While looking for talented people internet is the great way to apply and find for advertised jobs and to post resume where employer can view it. Employers are using internet through which they create organizational profile in order to promote job positions. Employers create their websites and provide relevant information relate to job role that help to gain attention of skilled people.

Newspaper- The process of job advertisement through newspaper is slower down the ability of promoting vacancy, it takes a lot of time to reach at right people. Internet- The disadvantage of internet is data crashes, poorly designed application from itself, contain bugs that cause it to periodically dump entered information, failed to submit or even crash entirely when people have completed all areas .
