INTRODUCTION Every individual seeks for impressive level of growth and development in their career in order to gain higher level of satisfaction because it is viewed as a basic need for pupil. In regard of this report, the chosen ideal job role is accountant who are obliged to take care and monitor all financial aspects of an organisation for enriching the overall proficiency ratio in an amended mode (Afnawati, Inayati and Pratama, 2018).it includes the identification of ideal job, development of job description and person specification. Finally, determine various resources to get place in a right organisation for attaining sustainable growth or success. MAIN BODY Ideal Job Theaspectregardingasuccessfulcareerandbrightfutureisoneofthecrucial challenging factor in every kind of students life. This is because choosing an appropriate field or the area which gives them more satisfaction and growth impact directly over pupil decision making skills or process. However, in context of this report, a student make an initiative to evaluate own skill and personnel interest in order to implement best strategic decision. Hence, the identified ideal job role is accountant. The reason behind choosing this area is that according to the current market competition or demand, accountants is determined as one of the wide scope area in terms of growth, enhancement of skills, income generation, explore in knowledge and many more. Henceforth, An Accountant is relate to those individual who perform and take care of all financial activities such as collection, accuracy, recording, analysis and presentation of firm, managing financial operation with an aim of accomplishing the business goal in an effective manner (Bell, 2018). The person is a practitioner of accounting or accountancy which is the evaluation, disclosure or provision of assurance in term of fiscal information that assists administrator, taxation authorities and others to make decisions about assigning resource.
