INTRODUCTION Skills are crucial part of every individual that forms part of effective learning in the process of increasing the opportunities in different areas. Learning of new skills leads to broadening of opportunities to enhance the process of networking, communication and time management process(Banditvilai, , 2016). Present report is based on the reflection ofessay of effective communication skill both in context of academic and professional scenario. Further there is reflection of the individual performance level, experience and behaviour. For the the future challenges and expectation are discussed with reference to education and employment prospectives. MAIN BODY Effective communication skills are very crucial for the success of a individual in many different aspects of life. In the academic life I have learnt different aspects of life that is going to assist in the major four improvement areas. It had assisted me in getting insights of the different skills that are assisting in development of key areas. Such as I have learnt the ability to listen to others that is also a way of listening has helped in the process ofeffective communication. Next ability is the development of techniques of non verbal communication that is to understand the aspects of body language. I have been able to acquire the skills related of body movement, eye contact, facial expressions, voice modulations all this can assist in paying close attention to the minute details of non verbal communication(Akgunduz and Akinoglu, 2016). During my lectures this skill lead to a more better understand in classthat lade to clearing of doubts and lowering down of overall burden while preparation of assignments. Another skill was related toemotional awarenessthat I developed through the process of development of social and personal skills. The personal skill that is acquired includes self regulation, self awareness and high motivation. And the social skill set consist of empathy that is staffing of service orientation, political awareness and the skill of leveraging & valuing diversity. These skills are also very crucial from the point of understand of the value of diversity in the context of organisations. Myquestioning skillsalso enhanced as I have been able to obtain the information by broadcasting of my own opinions and effective questioning skills that is part of development of communication skills. While my individual performance is increased as I have been able to successfully overcome all the barriers of effective communication such as judging of other individual, use of
technical language and providing solutions to issues. Module has also lead to development of leadership skills where I have world as a leader in classroom presentation that has lead to development of leadership abilities. In future context of working in corporate environment this skill is going to assist in managing of teams by adoption of particular leadership style(Baars and Wijnia, 2018). I have focussed on thedemocratic leadership styleand this will be used for future management also as I have realised that this skill of managing teams will help me in managing of projects at various stages of carer so that there can be earlies learning opportunities that can be availed.Presentation skillsare going to assist in presentation at conferences. Lecturing is part of every job where there is working in a corporate environment or for the purpose of effective classroom assignments. Analyticalandquantitativeskillshasassistedmeinaskingofcriticalquestionswith consideration of possible solutions(Uz and Uzun, 2018). With the module I have also prepared a performance development plan which is going to lead towards improvement of areas where I am lacking in the present times. Adaptabilityis basically notskill but it is a attitude that I have learnt through the process of classroom learning where I have adapted to situation and according to my colleagues. This skills are very crucial for the objective of having higher flexibility at future workplace situations. It leads to lesser workplace conflicts and easy solutions to different associated issues that are commonly faced at workplace(Gould and Taylor, 2017). Futureexpectation:intermsoffurtherexpectationstherewillbeenhancementinthe employment opportunities as there are many industry level roles that need the basic qualification level. There are career development skills that has enhanced the industry knowledge. The skill that have been developed through this module will encourage me in future to take higher responsibilities, building up of high confidence forgroup collaboration & cooperation with high participation and joint efforts. There is analysis of different alternatives to make decision and achieve higher level of self awareness with a feeling of mindfulness. The capacity to self manage is increased that will lead to handing of issues with individual responsibilities. These developmental process have lead to high self esteem and higher flexibility at workplace. Time management skills are also essential both as a student and in future, effective skills of time management is very essential that has created a ability to diligently manage all the deadlines.

Further I have been able to prepare time schedule so that all my assignments are timely completed. Technical skills are the major pat of every module learning which is also part of this module where there is supporting network and high amount of awareness to curve the process of innovation. In future these skill will be applied to perform the assigned job responsibilities and roles(Perusso,Blankesteijn and Leal,2019).Higher awarenesswill lead to curve the process of innovation to introduce the cutting edge concepts. All the faculty members as lead to fore front of research & innovations. My timely engagement with a particular subject area will lead to have new knowledge base to process the analytical thinking.
CONCLUSION It is concluded from the above mentioned aspects that there are some skills that are very crucial for the purpose of acquiring of the necessary skills in order to perform the respective job roles. The skills such as problem solving, taking initiatives, social development, communication lead to development of interpersonal abilities of a individual that is very impactful in both professional and academic career.
