1. Introduction:
Main objective of this report is to better understand the importance of personal skills development and responsibility. There
are various type of skills which help in developing the behaviour and attitude of a person such as time management skills,
communication skills, problem solving skills and so on. By developing these skill an individual is able to achieve high growth
and success in its future. These skills will not only helpful in personal life but also important for the workplace life. As it
motivates an individual to successfully achieve its future goal.

2. Answer to the question: Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and why
they contributed towards the development of your social and ethical awareness and responsibility. (500
words)
For developing social as well as ethical awareness and responsibility, I have attended a mini project workshop
wherein I have focused on my skills and weaknesses. In addition to this, I have developed a personal development plan
which assist me to know my strong areas and the area where I lack. During the workshop, I gain knowledge about personal
swot analysis which enables me to analyze my strengths weaknesses, opportunities as well as threats. I had gone through
various journals and books for enhancing my knowledge. It is analyzed by me that my time management skill is not good
and to learn that I have attended workshop associated to time management which shows the importance of timing,
scheduling work and how to be effectively manage work within given time. With the help of this workshop, I can effectively
schedule my time and work activities.
It is determined by me that my communication skill is ineffective and for improving this I have attended workshop so
that I can improve it. while attending the workshop, I have faced issues because of ineffective communication skills but
during the mini project workshop, I have developed my communication and interaction skills which is important in every
aspect and field for smooth transfer of information and ideas among two parties. With the help of this workshop, I learned
about the difference among effective communication and ineffective communication along with its importance. After this , I
gained knowledge about difference among bad and good attributes, as the workshop is based on ethical and social
awareness is attended by me due to which knowledge regarding social responsibility.
