INTRODUCTION
Learning is defined as the change in the behaviour of individual due to the indirect and
direct experiences. In other words it refers to the changes in the attitudes and behaviour due to
the training and education, experience and practice. It is a process that is completed by
acquisition of skills and knowledge that are relatively permanent. The present essay shows the
various different techniques of reflection. It shows my experience of the PSKC module and thus,
identifies the my strengths and weaknesses. And also explains the development plan for meeting
the future challenges.
MAIN BODY
Reflective thinking refers to the considering what, why one did or plan to do. It refers to
better understanding of the exploring the feelings, reactions, emotions and knowledge. There are
various that individuals use in reflection. The schon model of reflection uses two techniques that
is learning in-action and on-action (Hébert, 2015). Learning in-action refers to the individual
ability in reacting and thinking while they are engaged in an ongoing activity. Learning on-action
refers to the when an individual evaluated the activity again. The schon model of reflection is
important for both the extroverts and the introverts. On the other hand, the Kolb's model of
reflection consist of four stages (Morris, 2020). It is an experiential model that is based on one's
own experiences that is reviewed, evaluated and analysed systematically in stages. This model
helps in becoming a better reflective practitioner by doing, thinking, reflecting and repeating the
process again. However, the discoll model of reflection is one of the most simplest way of
reflection that consist of three stages that is what, so what and now what. With answering the
three questions it helps in analysing the experiences and learning from these experiences. It is
one of the most easiest and most common reflection tool used by the individuals and
practitioners.
What are the steps involved in the driscoll model of reflection that is the first step of the
model is what which describes the brief explanation on the experiences on which reflection is
done by analysing what exactly an individual did and what happened (Allan and Driscoll, 2014).
With the introduction of PSKC model through webinar I was able to develop my study skills and
employability skill as well that resulted in enhancing my performance efficiency. This model of
preparation of knowledge and creativity was very was all about enhancing teh skills sets of teh
