INTRODUCTION
The value success of success will determined by the amount of work you put in
to attain the define goals. The present study will describe the reflective statement in
which scholar describe their own experience while preparing for a reflective statement
and a module using Gibbs reflection model. Further, report also describes the areas of
further development and also describes the action plan in order to convert the
weakness into strength.
1. Reflection
In order to present the experience Gibbs model of reflection is used which
comprises of different stages such that:
Learning
In the group presentation, we have work in a group and learn many things which
will definitely help in our future. Through a group presentation, I enhance my ICT skills
because I completely rely upon the Power point presentation and through this, I come to
realize that I gain this skills. On the other side, I also learn how to manage different task
into a groups. Such that when my team is working on the Presentation, we assign the
task to all the team members as per their roles and responsibilities and this in turn help
to manage the work accordingly. Also, through the presentation, I learn planning and
managing time with my team members (Allison, Carter and Gibbs, 2020). Such that it is
not possible for us to manage the work accordingly and therefore, while working on the
presentation, I come to analyze that I enhance my time management skills.

Further, working in a group, I could easily determine my strength and weakness
by getting feedback from my colleagues which is not possible when I work individually.
In addition to this, I also think that group presentation is a great way to have a students
practice all language system areas such that vocabulary, grammar, discourse and
phonology. Through this I also build confidence and enhance my communication skills.
New information presented
Through this group presentation, I learn many new things such that effective
planning will help me to manage the work accordingly and as we are working in a group,
where we all are able to share the views and conclude the best answer among all.
Therefore, I can say that through a group presentation, I learn management skills
because it is my first presentation with a group where I learn many new things such that
break the task into a smaller parts and always remain positive is the second key aspect
which help me to meet the define aim and objectives. Also, this assists me to
determine the negative outcomes as well (Ardian, Hariyati and Afifah, 2019). The overall
journey for this project is so good because it provide me an opportunity to learn new
things and this is possible only when a person is working in a group.
What was interesting
The most interesting experience when I working in a group presentation is how
we all motivate each other in order to deliver the best presentation. As we all assign the
