INTRODUCTION Self-development and responsibility are very important terms in the context of preparing for success. Currently no person can gain huge success in its personal life without developing its personality and professionalism. However, only those people have very excellent personality and professorless who really has different well-developed abilities, competence and skills. This is the main reason that everyone always has focused on developing its skills and abilities, because this is the only key to everyone for improving its personality and professionalism. At the end, after having effective personality and professionalism, anyone can simply gain huge success in its personal life. This report discusses the reflection on my performance in the group presentation. Those areas also have been elaborated which I have to develop. Lastly, an effective action plan hasbeenmentionedinthisreportwhichwillpositivelyaffectmypersonalityand professionalism. MAIN BODY Reflection on performance This area of report generally covers he reflection on my performance in the group presentation. Basically, recently I have participated in a group presentation, where I has performed very well, because while performing in that presentation’s activities I have proper skills and abilities (Huda and et.al., 2018). I have learnt that, while working in a group or a team, we all should have well-developed skills of teamwork. In this situation, there are teamwork skill was played an excellent role to me on that presentation. With the support of well-developed teamwork skills, I was able to manage different things very proper manner. For example; I have maintained effective relations within all my colleagues in that presentation, because I have understood that effective relationship always very positively affects to different people. Of course, there are effective or well-developed skills of communication also has played great role to me for performing very well in that group presentation. There are some key aspects relating to presentation has been discussed below which can show my levels of performance in that presentation. What I have learnt
In that group presentation, I have learnt many new things which I have not learn before. For example; before this presentation, I was not known about the role of teamwork skills, but after joining that group presentation, I have fully learnt about the actual role of teamwork skills in the terms of achieving different targets in decide time period. Basically, when I was joined that presentation, I have started to learn about how to perform very well in the any group presentation, then suddenly I found that, there are effective teamwork skills and communication skills very necessary for performing well in the group presentation. Reason is, in any group work, there are two or more than two people always come together for achieving their common targets on time. In this situation, they work like a team, so that when all members of a group have effective skills of communication, then that group can simply achieve its different targets on time (McLeod, 2017). This same thing was happened with my group, because when me and my colleagues was started the preparation of presentation, I have asked to my colleagues that, we all need to develop our various skills and abilities, like communication skills and teamwork skills etc. before proceeding out work of presentation. So that, me and my colleagues was taken appropriate steps towards learning how to develop different skills, and at the end, we all have succeeded in developing our various skills and abilities. What new information has been presented Beforegivinganypresentation,everyonehasrequiredtomakepreparationfor performing well in the presentation. In this situation, when me and my colleagues got the task to grouppresentation,meandmycolleaguesgotinformationthat,self-preparationisvery mandatory for giving any presentation in effective manner. Finally, me and my colleagues was decided to prepare for the presentation. This was really necessary to us for making our presentation very productive to our different audience in the presentation hall. So that, we all have started to conduct different activities. For example; my few colleagues have started to collect relevant information about that presentation topic in different books and journals, internet, magazines and newspapers etc., some colleagues have started to work on making presentation more attractive, lastly, me and few colleagues have started work on finding relevant images or pictures to our topic of presentation. So, these all activities have given information and knowledge that, we can simply achieve anything while working in a group or teamwork.

What was interesting In that presentation, finding relevant images or pictures to presentation topic was very interesting to me, because on that presentation, all group members were responsible to cover different tasks, in which me and some colleagues got the task of searching or finding different relevant pictures and images to the presentation topic (Zhang, 2019). For completing this task, me and colleague was putted their huge efforts. For example; I have given my lots of precious time find appropriate images on the internet and books & journals, because that task was too interesting to me. How might I have used the new information While preparing for the presentation I got lots of new appropriate information which was enable me for performing excellent in that group presentation. For example; I got the information that, teamwork is very necessary to achieve nay target on time, so that I have used this information in the terms of developing my skills of teamwork. At the end, after having effective skills of teamwork I have performed too excellent in that presentation. What did I not completely understand or confused me, and what I did about it? There were lots of things in that group presentation I have not completely understood, and those things was really confused me (Safarifard, Keshavarz-Afshar and Namami, 2019). For example; thing relating to out relevant data in the presentation slides was very confusing to me, I did not understand how to put that data in proper way in different slides. So that, I have completed research on it that, how to add data in the slides of presentation to make any presentation very productive as well effective. At the end, after all practices and efforts, me and my colleagues have succeeded in giving the group presentation in very effective manner. Elaboration of areas that I need to develop After that group presentation, I have understood one thing that, currently there are lots of things exists in my present life which I still have to develop for getting very appropriate results. For example; I have different skills which are currently weaknesses of mine, currently I have
different abilities, but these are not in good condition.In this situation I have conducted the SWOT analysis tool which enable to me for identifying areas which I stills needs to be developed (Gomez-Lavin and Prinz, 2019). This analytical tool is fully efficient in the terms of knowing our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. SWOT analysis SWOT analytical tool generally indicates our four key aspects which has been discussed below; StrengthsCurrently I have different productive skills and abilities which are generallystrengthstome.Forexample;Ihavewell-developed communication skills and teamwork skills. These well-developed skills are completely strengths to me which always very positively affects my daily life. WeaknessesI don’t have effective problem-solving skills, decision making skills and abilities of people management, so that these are currently weaknesses to me. In this situation, I can say that, these are my key areas which I have to develop quickly for getting very appropriate results. OpportunitiesIn this dynamic world, there are lots of effective ways available to me which can support me for developing my these all skills (Savina, 2016). For example; I can make an effective or productive action plan which will support me for developing these all un-developed or weaker skills. ThreatsCurrentlycompetitionwithineachindustryofsectorisincreasing regularly, in which this factor can affect very negatively. That’s why this is a threat to me. According to this SWOT analytical tool, I have do develop my different areas, like; problem-solving skills, decision-making skills and people management abilities etc. That’s why I am fully responsible to take quick action towards developing my these all areas. I knows that, if I will be succeeded in developing these all areas, then I can simply gain more effective results in personal life. Many times, I have faced different difficulties also just because of these poor or
weaker areas of mine (Kelz, 2016). Currently most people I across the world are also trying to develop their lots of skills, in which this thing also highly influence me for developing my own skills and abilities. In that group presentation, I have faced different problems and difficulties, but just because of not having effective problem-solving skills, I was not able to systematically deal those different skills and abilities. I have not talent of people decision-making as well. That’s why I have to develop my different areas which in the form of poor skills. After developing my all areas of development, I will be enabled to get great success in my personal life. Action plan I have understood that, every person has always required to make an effective or very productive action plan for making its different skills, abilities and knowledge completely developed. Basically, an action plan provides an effective framework to different people for identifying which skills it needs to be developed. Its discuses about different resources also which every person have to use for developing its skills and knowledge (Minnig and Zaengl, 2019).
