Introduction
Human Resource Management define as the practice of selecting, recruiting,
hiring, managing and organizing staff members of the company in such
manner so that they can perform their business functions in a positive way. In
addition to this, there are various issues faced by employees which negatively
affect their performance as well as goodwill at the marketplace. In the present
report, Marks & Spencer is chosen as the base organization where employees
face issues related to sexual harassment. This presentation includes discussion
on sexual harassment which is faced by employees of the company.

Importance of Human Resource Managers
Human resource plays very essential role within the business entity as they assist in
attaining organizational goals and objectives. In each and every company there must be an
effective HR manager which will assist in organizing and resolving issues and problems
faced by employees within given time frame. Along with this, it is a department where
managers develop positive relationship within the organization so that they must enhance
their profitability as well as performance of employees. They are the one who develop
effective strategies and plan in order to attain organizational goals and objectives within
stipulated time frame.
