INTRODUCTION Working in a team seems to be the group's joint effort to accomplish a shared goal or even the most efficient and effective means of completing a task(Haapakangas And et.al., 2018). This report based on the topic of team work which is very essential to understand because it helps in improving employee’s efficiency as well as effectiveness. This report covers several topics such as benefits of team working, advantages of working in a team and who get the benefits. MAIN BODY 1. What are the benefits of team working There are several benefits of team working for the organization because it is not only helps in achieving business goals & objectives. Creativity flourishes when individuals work in a team together. Brainstormingideas as a collective avoids old points of view which mostly come from working alone (Ellis, 2018). The combination of different insights from each team will helps in effectively measure the solutions. Joining forces on a project creates a passion for learning which is usually lacking in project specifics. Being encouraged to share the findings with the members of the staff excites workers and encourages awareness about both people and departments. Working together helps workers draw on their colleagues' talents. While innovative thinking may be the asset, a co-worker can shine in organisation and preparation. Do not forget to leave the expertise with the colleagues. Corroding with their team members also gives us a sense of security which helps to expand. It encourages the staff to open themselves motivate and support each other. Because once working in the team, open confidence is central and produces solutions in challenging group projects. 2. What are advantages of work in a team When individual working in a team, it is advantages for the organization to get productive ideas and effective performance. There are various advantages of working in a team such as group participants have a platform to study from the others. There is room for more versatility with cross-training of the labor force. Incentive provided for synergic mixing of knowledge and practices. New methods can be found to the tasks and participation of teams could provide gain ratio and support for arduous environments and situations. It can encourage and improve the 1

For example: company make a group of 10 people and provide them specific goals which they have to achieve within 10 days(Hunt, 2018). Among the entire team members, there are team leader required who manage the entire team members and provide them proper directions to achieve common goals. Every participant of the team is contributing and each advisor is playing through their own abilities. More clearly, people are connecting with each other through regular communication.They brainstorm and often agree on everything after discussing with each other.In fact, they work on other industry networks. This necessitates that human’s focus on what theyare creating, since more than one team can use it. Manager has responsibility to guild their each tem members and makes sure that all are following common goals & objectives. 3. Who benefits Team work is beneficial for all such as for managers, for organization and for staff. It is one of the most effective skills that is beneficial for all and helps in improving overall efficiency. Benefits of teamwork for individuals: Variability: Team structures give exposed to diverse viewpoints. When the workers are introduced to different approaches and solutions, they discover new ways to solve a problem(McGregor, Mercer and Harris, 2018). Better organizational skills: By engaging and participating in collaboration, workers learn to respond openly and efficiently to their team members in order to consider their points of view and complaints.
