Network Requirements
 Calasanz School comprises two main
buildings – Primary School Building and
High School Building.
 The Primary School Building requires 15
connections for devices in classrooms.
 The High School Building requires 18
connections for devices in classrooms.
 Routers, switches and devices for setting
up wireless connectivity in both
campuses and classrooms to be obtained
from leading manufacturers.

Logical Design
Components:
 The router, assumed to be Cisco 2811 gets internet from Internet Service
Providers (ISP) and channels the connection into appropriate subnets for
two buildings.
 The TL-SF1048 switch from TP-Link distributes the network access among the
required devices located in the lab rooms of the respective building.
 The wireless devices include the EAP120 wireless access points and the
Qualcomm Atheros 560MHz chipset. These enable sharing of strong and
reliable wireless connections across the campus including classrooms.
