INTRODUCTION
Vision statement is being defined as the document which assist the business in stating the
current and future objective. The setting up of vision is very important for the providing a base to
the company which they need to follow in order to improve the business efficiency. In the
present case the vision is being set for the primary school and this will outline the future aim of
school. The current report includes a primary school and vision will be set in order to impart
proper knowledge relating to the setting up of vision. This is crucial for the reason that when the
vision is clear than it provides proper knowledge relating to the steps taken for the development
of the knowledge of child. This is crucial because when the proper knowledge will be shared
then this will increase the knowledge of child and will result in personal and professional
development of the child. Hence, this vision will focus on the effective analysis and
implementation of different strategies through which education can be imparted well.
MAIN BODY
Vision of primary school
The vision of primary school includes developing a safe learning environment so that
child can grow confident and knowledgeable. This is crucial because in this era of high
competition there are many different primary schools and it is necessary to provide some distinct
offers to children. Along with this the vision also include encouraging the child to develop the
sense of responsibility at initial level only. Also for the development of child the school will try
to make them independent and foster confidence within them. The school further aims to provide
best education to the child so that their educational base can be improved at initial level only

addition to this, school also aims for striving and creating a better environment which includes
respect and inclusion. This is done in order to ensure that there is sense of ethical working and
inclusion among the child and they do not bully other student on different basis like race, gender
or socio- economic diversity. In addition to this, another aim of school is to prepare and motivate
the students to adapt to the changes taking place in external environment. This is particularly
because of the reason that within the external environment there are different changes taking
place and this can affect the learning of child. Hence, this facility of school will help the child to
be adaptive and learn good analytical skills.

Rationale
The vision of the primary school is to develop the child thoroughly and make them expert
in every aspect. The reason for the setting up of this vision is to develop the child in- depth so
that they can face the external world in better way. Along with this, the competition within the
external environment is very high and it is necessary that from starting the child is confident and
capable of doing any work. Thus, for this the vision set for primary school is correct as they aim
for making the children strong since the initial phase only. Further the school also aims at
reducing the bullying tendency as well among the students (Ali and et.al., 2021). This is
particularly because of the reason that in the current environment the competition is very high
and because of this the school aims at removing bullying among child. In the current working
environment, for meeting the competition many of the student bully others which is not good.
Hence, the primary school aims to develop the characteristic of not bullying others.
Furthermore, the reason for the selection of issue of bullying in the vision of school was
that it will be promote equality among the students. Hence, this will assist them to develop the
sense of equality among the student from initial level only. There is a relation being present in
policy and practice because of the reason that for the vision of primary school it is necessary that
there is presence of policy and practice (Ashioya and Okoth, 2020). This is because of the reason
that when the policy and practice will not be present then the vision of primary school will not be
clear. This is necessary for the reason that policy and practice provides a base to the practitioner
and they can work in better manner.
Characteristics
The vision of the primary school is very clear and this is necessary for getting successful
that the vision is precise and clear. The ultimate vision of primary school is to promote good
knowledge and skill so that child develops at the initial stage only (Furlong and et.al., 2021). For
the effective attainment of the vision of primary school it is clear that it must be broken down in
some smaller part so that it is easily attainable. Thus, for this, the vision of primary school
involves the following sub section-
Providing safe learning environment
This is very important for the primary school as in case they will not be creating a good
environment then this will be affecting the working efficiency. This in turn will also affect the
environment which is being created within the school. The reason underlying this fact is that

when the learning environment is not safe and secure then this will be affecting the learning
capability of child (SAFEGUARDING, 2019). Also, for the promotion of better education, it is
necessary that school provides good learning experience to child so that they remember each and
every aspect for longer.
Encouraging sense of responsibility
Along with this, school also expects to develop a sense of responsibility among the child
for accomplishing the objective set by the children or parents. Hence, for this the primary school
focuses on delegating some responsibilities to the students. This will motivate them to take the
responsibility and be accountable for their working and way of working (Wood and et.al., 2018).
When a particular task is being assigned to the student then it is their responsibility to plan the
work and try to accomplish the task in correct way. Hence, this will be improving and
developing the feeling of taking responsibility among the child at early age only.
Focusing on expertise
This is another break- down of vision of primary school is to emphasise over the
development of expertise and professional knowledge. This is necessary for the reason that when
the child comes to the school then the primary objective of child and parent is that they gain
proper knowledge and expertise (Chatzifotiou, 2018). This is necessary for the reason that when
the child will become expert then they will get success in their life and will improve the working
efficiency to a great extent. The primary school undertakes different techniques and strategies for
the effective sharing and imparting of knowledge to the student so that they can gain expertise
into the subject matter.
Focus on respect, equality and inclusion
With respect to the current working environment, there is requirement of spreading the
respect and equality among the child since inception. This is particularly because of the reason
that in the current learning environment the competition is very high and it is necessary to not
bully any other person. This is because of the reason that when one child bully other than this
can create negative impact over working and learning capability of child (Collins and et.al.,
2022). Hence, the school aims at providing an equitable and non- discriminated learning
environment so that they can learn equity and fairness. Moreover, when primary school provides
a wide and better learning environment then this will improve the learning capability and
experience of child in better way.

Moulding child to adapt any kind of change
Further, the school also focuses on the development of aspect relating to the adapting the
changes taking place. This is very important for the reason that the environment is very changing
and dynamic and it is not necessary that child is ready to except the change (Williams and et.al.,
2021). Thus, the primary school works on developing the capability within the child that they
accept any change without any resistance. This capability will assist the child in adapting to any
external environment without any problem.
Hence, this will improve the interest and will help the child to adapt any change whether
it is good or bad. Along with this there are different technology as well which is used for
teaching and proper guidance will also make the child technology friendly (Metsing, Jacobs and
Hansraj, 2022). Thus, this will improve the efficiency of child and will provide them the
complete development of personality.
Proper code of conduct
The primary school focuses to provide a good and exciting learning environment to the
student so that they can grow and develop. This is necessary for the school that they must also
have a proper code of conduct and guidelines which need to be followed in better and effective
manner (Zhonghui and et.al., 2021). The reason underlying this fact is that this guideline will
provide a better way of working and guidance that how every task need to be done. This will also
be assistive to the students as they will be having a guiding note with them to follow and
accomplish all the task in better and effective manner.
Diversity of children
The school involve the children coming from different cultural background and races. In
addition to this, also every child is different and unique. Hence, it is necessary for primary school
to emphasises over the development of child in accordance with their learning need and
objectives (Sabherwal and et.al., 2020). This is very important for the school and is also included
in the vision of school that they will undertake the diverse policy for the child and their
development.
Along with this, the school believe that spreading of honesty, integrity and respect is very
important for the development of child (Thomas and et.al., 2018). The reason underlying this fact
is that when there is proper honesty and integrity within the working and spreading of knowledge
then this will result in development of child in both academic and professional working.

Focus on future and sustainable development
The primary school also emphasises on the future and sustainable development of child
and their growth. This is particularly because of the reason that when the parents send their
children to primary school then they need the personal professional development. This is
necessary for the reason that they send the children to professionals for gaining knowledge and
this improves the working condition and development of the child for better future working
(Aremu, 2021). Thus, for this, the primary school focuses on providing better services to child so
that they can develop the skills so that they can grow and work for better future.
Stakeholder and policy
There are different types of stakeholders within the primary school and it is necessary for
the school that proper working and policy are being provided to them. In case the stakeholders
will not be happy then this will be affecting the working efficiency and working rules of school
(Donaldson and et.al., 2019). This is necessary for the reason that when the proper policy in
context of stakeholder will be prepared then this will result in better working and good outcome
will be initiated.
CONCLUSION
The above analysis concluded the fact that setting up vision is very important for any
person or business. The reason identified was that it provides a base to the person to work in
better manner so that objective can be attained. The above report outlined that vision of primary
school is to impart proper knowledge among child at initial level. This is very necessary for the
reason that when proper work is done then the vision of the school and become successful.
