patients healthcare There is need to involve external agencies that are able to provide expertise
for support in the session to provide better health and social care. There are different external
bodies which are there in the health and social care. Safeguards are the services which are
available to provide care set home and also set the standard as that can help to provide butter
health benefit along with care to the patient.
Partnership working
This external agencies are to provides just like holistic care that can help the patient when
higher standard of care in the home. This is able to provide all safeguarding to the patient that
can provide better health benefit and are there all the time when there is need of any emergency
or normal present health and social care (Gupta, 2021).
This external bodies provide knowledge and understanding about health and social care to the
nursing staff who are there providing better health and social care for the patient and provide
partnership working that provide the opportunity to learn anything from them that from external
agencies.

Legislation, policies and guidelines evaluation
There are different legislation, policies and guidelines which are there in the social and
health care services that can provide for better health and social care to the patient. In relation to
using some guidelines and rules and regulation that should be a standard and should followed by
the health care professional for providing better social care. In the legislation there is different
standard guidelines has been set that should need to be followed by the healthcare professional
during providing care at home that is home care (Parekh, 2019). There is need to follow the
legislation in relation to better keeping safety and health benefit to the patient. There are different
policies which is there in the government instruction to provide and legislate to follow the rules
and regulation which are there in the policy to provide standard health and social care to the
patient. In relation to provide the policy at different positions where there are some of the
area in which this should be followed by providing better health and social care to the patient.

 Duty of care to the patient residents
 Providing safe staffing
 Different training along with practices requirement
 Family and resident expectations
 Food and fluid provisions
 Legal requirement
It also includes the human resources quality assurance, care planning, risk management
care Management, catering, administration and medication management which should be there in
relation to provide better health and social care to the patient for improve health (Foster, 2021).
There are some of the legislation and the policies along with the guidelines which need to be
followed during providing better health and social care discussed further.
There should be respected and involve about each and every activity at every stage. There
is expectation about better care treatment and support. That is able to meet the needs of the

 In relation to this, manager of care home should continuously monitor the service quality
which are there provided to the placement for their better and safe social care.
 There is need to maintain the personal record, medical record should be accurate and kept
confidential and safe and not to share to anyone without the patient concern.
 When there is any complaint from the patient or behalf of patient that should be listened
properly when complaint it is dealt in proper manner.
 There is also some guidelines which are they are able to provide better health and social
care when care home is not able to meet the national standard (Hettrick, 2017).
 When there is such a situation when any complaint sent or someone from behalf of
patient should raise their complain with the care home by formal complaint or but talking
about the matter or situation which they have noticed.
 In relation to this, when there is any complaint raised by the patient or from the behalf of
patient then, there are some of the rules and policies which should be followed by the
agencies or health and social care provider.
 In this, there are some of law and legislation which provide help to deal with sat type off
situation.
 In law, there is mentioned all the activities which should every care home must have a
fusion process to deal with any concern for complaint. When patient is not happy with the
way the concern, it did then there should be contact from local Council by the patient.

There are different activities which are discussed above are there necessary for any of the
patient who are there needed for the care home activity plan in which some of the major
activities which are mentioned there in the activity list. In relation to this, there are many of the
other activities which should be there in the list but are not come in the major requirements
which should be there for getting better response (Brendehaug, 2017). In the activity list there is
all of the activities which should be there for the patient and the nursing staff who is there for
providing better care of health and social is there mentioned in list. This one is able to help the
patient and the health care professionals in relation to provide better care to the patient. There are
different activities which should be there for different activity that is not necessary to perform
like rest and reading newspaper and watching television and many more. These are some of the
activities which are not require for any of the nursing staff or for plan for the activities. In such
type of any of the condition or disease there is need for the list of activities which should be
preformed by any of the family member which can help to perform all the activities which
should be there for the patient for their better health and social care.
Justification of choice of activities
These are some of the activities which are there needed to promote better healthy aging
or rehabilitation for long-term condition such as Parkinson's diseases or dementia. In dementia
there is high need for the care home to plan the activities which can help the patient for better
deal with all the activities which are there able to get better nursing staff help and for patient with
dementia which are there having the problem to forget the activities and different activities
which should be highly required to be done. So, in relation to this, there are nursing staff which
are there able to provide better care to such patient in providing and helping in performing all the
activities. In the condition of Parkinson's diseases in which there are many of the activities need
for help due to not able to perform the activities due to not having the proper functioning of body
properly. In relation to this, there are many of the activities which are required to be performed
and nursing staff should be there to help the patient in performing such activities. In long term,
there is high need to make the activity plan on which each and every patient need to follow and
there should always be some healthcare professionals or any of the family members (Scipioni,
2018).
There is high need for the partnership working which is highly needed in relation to
provide better health and social care. In relation to this, there are many of the activities which

should be performed with the help of partnership working to provide better health and social care
to the patient during any emergency. In ration to this, there should be follow of the activities
which are there able to follow in future for such type of activities and care plan (Salas and et. al.,
2017).
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it can be concluded that there are different activities which
should be there to perform for better health and social care to the patient for their better health or
to improvement in health. In this, there are many of the different activities which should be
followed in relation to perform each and every activities. In relation to this, three are many of the
activities which are there need to perform for better health of the patient. In this report, there are
