physiological needs, social needs, safety needs, self-esteem and self-actualization. In care home,
Service user’s physical demands needs to be fulfilled by professionals. Users belonging
traditional backgrounds must be provided appropriate atmosphere in which they can survive and
recover from disease. They must keep dignity and appropriate behaviour with patients to
maintain their self-esteem. Safe and appropriate working environment should be provided to
patients.
3.2 Influence of social procedures on patients in HSC services
Human being is important part of society because they can survive better within their
social groups and communities apart from living in care home. They can also communicate
with other important individuals at workplace for maintaining their quality of life and standard of
living. In this case, Icon residential also needs to apply similar strategy with the users facing
issues of dementia. This will be effective for them to recover from these types of diseases
through social care (Stewart and Wild, 2017). Icon can also organise the effective
communication and social care practice in order to provide satisfaction to their users and positive
environment in care home. Interactive session should be there among the people of different age
groups. Every person within enterprise always possess opportunities to communicate with the
users as well as communicate their experience in health care activities.

patients related to service and also regain previous brand recognition of home care. However,
this association of professionals will communicate the real and important situation to users and
also make some goals in order to recover him from displease. It will also increase satisfaction
level of patients that will be achieved recovered of the patient as soon as possible.

various ethical dilemmas and major conflicts which usually arise while providing care and
security of patients. The major activities professionals is analysing and resolving various
important customers issues at the biological level of operations, etc. (Sallnow and et.al., 2016).
Ethical dilemmas are those situations in professional will not be able to take decisions about
treatment of their patients. In the present case, ethical policies which are stated by national health

In present case, Patricia is 84 years old widow which is living with Alzheimer's disease
believes that she is in this residential care home for some special treatment and it will soon return
to home. The ethical dilemma is that the patients is disorientated and always ask when the
treatment will be completed. But the staff usually answer that the treatment is almost finished. It
is a tough situation for care workers to lie but the truth would distress her.
4.1 Own roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and duties in context of with those in health and
social care practice.
The major aims of Prince of Wales House is to achieve high reputation and recognition
among users appropriate care home which implemented towards wellbeing and requirements of
patients. As a manager, it is responsibility to monitor the professionals to analyse their
behaviours and performance towards patients (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association,
2016). The statements of patients as well as attendant is requirements in order for making direct
improvement. Through, regular improvements as well as change should be done to attain
previous brand recognition.
In health care, when a patients calls for help in any condition, whether it is illness,

organisation policy
It is important that I am employee of care home which is carrying out service in
miscellaneous range of settings. As manager, my role in the organisation is very broad as I have
to take care of various service and management of activities which are required to be carried for
effective management of service in care home (Knott and Scragg, 2016). Being a manager, my
place will be at middle level and having task of securing the major as well as vulnerable
population and mainly accountable for major acquiring of resources required to encourage
effective practices standard in Prince of Wales House, Ipswich. By involving in the ethical
regulations, effective management of case loads of professional skills and abilities.
In H&S care, employee needs to ensure smooth running of system by following all the
regulations which are included in policies while providing treatment to care workers. To reduce
misunderstanding and misrepresentation, it is essential that organisational policies must be clear
and blunt.
Care workers should aims to inform patients about the utilization of confidential
information and record their objectives as well as consent. In order to develop own contribution
to meet requirements of good practices. Social care worker needs to realize his role in care is
critical and sensitive. This role requires utmost commitment and dedication towards well-being
of patients and colleagues as well as personal well-being.

CONCLUSION
In this report, it is concluded that there are various important facilities in HSC that needs
to be provided by Prince of Wales House, as per requirement of service users. Proper
administration of operations is required in care home for improvement of health care service
conditions. Effective measures in accordance with health and safety are required to be taken by
