INTRODUCTION
Leadership principles are considered with structure or framework of actions that will be
adopt by the leaders to influence and inspire the peoples to work together for a particular
goals(Peters, 2018). But before that what is leadership, it is basically the art of motivating a
group of people with a view to successfully attain the objectives and goals. By giving direction
to the workers and employees into the business through motivational factor and provides with
confidence to effectively work in the organisation. Leader should have skills which involves with
communication, positivity, feedback, creativity these values will be beneficial for both leader
and employees by working together on some specific projects. Principles of leadership involves
with having beliefs in purpose, takes with full responsibility, optimistic and realistic approach,
by value other people opinions as well. Below report is based on the company 'Tesco” a British
multinational retailers which involves in operations of groceries and general merchandise. They
are having headquarter in Welwyn Garden City. The report consists with topic of how leadership
play an important role into organisation in context of falls and rises during leading the peoples,
leadership theories and principles of leadership.

In today scenario leadership plays an important role in making any organisation
successful as well as related with downfalls also(Peters,Luke and Kozak, 2018). Leadership
considered to be the mandatory function which have to be perform by the leaders in order to
attain maximum efficiency and so as to achieve organizational goals. Leaders are those who will
takes decisions even in a complex situation through spontaneous actions while taking any
decision as well to convince and influences their sub-ordinates to work according to the
particular decision through effective channel of communication and interaction. Leadership
function assist the organisation to enhance their productivity and to built the positive
environment into their workers and sub-ordinates, this process will require with proper skills to
convince the team for any work according to them. In the context of Tesco, they are using
proper structure of leadership styles as this organisation are running on international level so
they have to make sure about the leadership approaches in quite serious manner. In organisation
leaders are responsible for every action and decision that will taken by them so its a quite full of
