This article discusses the principles of management, specifically scientific and administrative management, and their applicability in organizational operations. It examines the workflows and the manner in which the same might be regulated and controlled to empower the productivity and performance of the same. The article also discusses the theories relating to Taylorism and Fayolism that increased the productivity of the management functions through predefining the requirements for planning, coordinating, implementing and controlling the operations as per the urgency of businesses.
