Reflection I have completed this project by introducing or new product for Maybelline company that is hair serum. For a company, marketing strategies are known as the most effective way for increasing sales and profit. I have analysed that within an organisation, it is very important to manage different concepts of marketing like pricing, promotion distribution, etc. So that product can easily reach potential customers. While doing this research, I get to know more about different products offered by a big fashion brand naming Maybelline. This organic hair serum is chosen because there are many people who are suffering from the problem of nutrition less and glow less hair. Hence, it is essential for the companies to you have effective marketing strategies in order to segment target and position the product properly within market. I have analysed various ways for managing the marketing techniques and ways for conducting successful business. There are different mechanismwhich are used by the companieswhileenhancing the product awareness among the customers. This is analysed that product strategies are used effectively by the company in order to manage the whole production concept and selling concept so that marketing can be done through the best technique. In case of Maybelline hair serum, it is seen that thenew product will bemarketed by the use of social media. This is helpful in reaching more number of potential customers and enhancing profits of the company. It has been evaluated by me that there are various tactics and strategies used by Maybelline for reaching proper customers which will help in in increasing profit ratio of the company. I have seen that earlier my project failed because the concept I used was not helpful in analysing all the marketing concepts of company. While conducting this project, focused more upon the brand and the company as it will help in in knowing the best strategy which a company can use to enhance and it effectively manage the good reputation among market. There is need for all the companies to provide best product to customers in order to increase the customer satisfaction level. It will be helpful in in developing and creating an environment which will lead to effectiveness of sales. I have developed research skills as well as marketing skills while conducting this project as I have gained knowledge about different concepts which are used within the companies for managing promotion and advertising of products and services. I have evaluated that for getting good grades, it is important for me to manage the work environment and focus more upon the company’s strategy and idea for running the business.
