To learn about the impact created by quality management on consumer buying decisions.
To evaluate the impact of the quality of the UK’s clothing site service on the buying

Methodology
Approach: The project would use an inductive analysis approach to present a specific
observational calculation with the aid of suitable theories and establish an inference from a
theory. This approach will enable the researcher to reach a degree of comprehension that will
enable the researcher to achieve the ultimate objectives of topic and study.
Design: It specified the overall strategy that was chosen in order to incorporate the various
components in a rational and coherent manner. In addition, it must ensure that the factual
methods for addressing the research issue are followed (Finley, Messinger and Mazur, 2020).
Within the current study, descriptive Research Design is considered to be the key reason for
selecting the Research Design, as it assists the researcher in gathering in-depth information about
the subject, leading to the achievement of accurate and relevant results.
Methods: It is an efficient method of gathering data that is dependent on the research
objectives and goals. Quantitative and qualitative research methods are the two most common
types of research methods. The researcher uses a qualitative research method in this study since
the main goal is to use a research method that provides facts and figures that are related to the
subject matter. It is also beneficial to the investigator in order to effectively provide accurate and
authenticated information.
Participants: Sampling is a technique that is used to calculate the number of observations
that are taken from a large number of individuals. This approach is useful in obtaining a sample
