Oak Tree Inn can be classified as a hospitality industry that offers luxurious comforts
to a wide range of consumers and has a strong domestic presence that is complemented by an
outstanding brand reputation in foreign markets. Alexander Fraser currently owns the
respective hospitality industry (Debellis and et. al, 2021). Restaurant, pub, B&B
accommodation, village stores, and an ice cream parlour are among the luxurious services
provided by the company to its valued customers. It's in the heart of Balmaha, on the east side
of Loch Lomond, along the famous West Highland Way Walk. A 500-year-old tree that is
still adorned on the grounds gave rise to the name of the company. The restaurant serves
traditional Scottish cuisine that is well-known, and it has earned an award for excellence in
providing high-quality services and merchandise to its clients.
External threats and opportunities chosen firm is facing from both macro and micro
environments
Considering numerous shifts and uncertainties of a company's market climate that
make it difficult to execute respective plans in structure for managers of various companies to
achieve the required workforce objectives (Dehmolaee and Rashnavadi, 2019). Therefore, the
