Project titile- “To explore several talent management strategies that are adopted by
organisations for attracting and retaining talent human resource”. A case study on Waitrose
1 – Project planning
It is a formal document that defines several aspects to gain competitiveness within
marketplace. It is a planning procedure that defines growth and sustainability in business that
mainly supports growth and development in marketplace which is highly essential for firm
sustainability (Afshari and Hadian Nasab, 2021). It involves various aspects that are
presented below:
Scope
The project scope refers to that area in which future gain is to be included that helps
in generating knowledge. It reflects the time that researcher used for better growth so that
research is to be done in systematic manner. in this they make sure that they adopts effective
strategies for business so that better advantage and growth are attained while conducting
research (McDonnell and Wiblen, 2020). The scope of conducting this activity is to develop
knowledge regarding talent management on business by using several task select best data
analysis tool, questionnaire this may lead to maintaining prominent within project in
sufficient manner.
Milestones:
It is a tool that is used under project management to make particular points along with
timeline and growth. It includes points like start data and end data that represents actual
growth in research (Snyder, Stewart and Shea, 2021). Milestones considered points that
makes significant event or decision point within project.
Initiation, planning and execution:
The accumulation of project management is broken down into various phases that are
initiation, planning and execution that is used to attain goals. In this initiation phase
demonstrate time and cost for completing project that is around 4 months. In planning phase

quality is to be focused in which proper collection of data is to be done. It defines actual
growth and enhancement of goals and targets in firm.
Gantt chart:
WBS: It is regarded as that structure in which project is dividing into small activities so that
overall achievability of purpose is done (Napathorn,2020). For Waitrose, WBS is playing
efficient role in enhancing and planning schedule of project to represents actual path and
difficulties in future context.
Gantt chart: It is a tool that is used to planning and scheduling of project of all size. It helps
researcher to identify actual path and difficulties that business face in future.
