Project planning
Scope: The use of talent management strategies help the company to retain the talent
management source for completing an effective longer time. This further helps in
managing the work and gain profitable nature in an effective and appropriate ways. This
will be used for higher performance and growth in managing executive strategies and
facilitate the working to develop the brand image. Further, for the completion of the
Gantt Chart is used and complete basic activities for managing the time in specified time.
Milestones: The milestones of the project is related to consisting different phases which
are related to managing introduction, project aims and objective for the completion.
Further it will include wide range of process and manage the sources to manage
performance review and manage project logbook. The important phases are associated to
considered the primary and secondary objectives for collecting methods through the
literature review and questionnaire method.
Initiation, planning and execution: This is related to managing and completing the
phase in more effective and appropriate ways to complete the source. It further helps in
addressing planning stage, resources and execution to complete an effective sources to
achieve the wider respondents and make appropriate books and journals review to
complete the method of planning and execution method.
Gantt Chart: This is the source which are used to complete and identify the stages for
completing sources and achieve wider range of time saving source for the researcher.
