INTRODUCTION Problem solving skills helps the individual to solve various problems in the workplace. The organisation needs to Create a healthy working environment in which the employees can maximize the productivity and work in an effective manner. Job dissatisfaction is the main factors which arises in the mind of the employees (Klein and Crandall, 2018). Discrimination is the curse to the companytheindividualswhichareworkingwiththeirfullpotentialscannotgetenough opportunities. Through this the find the job dissatisfaction in the workplace. The company can grow at an exponential rate by implementing the ethical practices in the workplace. The report aims to analyse about evaluating the problems of discrimination which most of the individuals face in the workplace. On the other hand, in this report there will be brief discussion about defining the complex problem of dissatisfaction in the organisation. Along with that, in this report there will be brief discussion about the solution to minimize the impact of the problem in the workplace. For further instance, there will be brief evaluation developing a systematic plan to solve the problem in an effective manner. MAIN BODY Literature Review and analysis Defining a complex problem in the workplace including its scope and its impact There are various complex problems which arises in the workplace the most prominent problem is the organisation is discrimination which is faced by different individuals. Through this factors various individuals find it difficult and face job dissatisfaction from the workplace. This is the major reason most of the companies does not retain its employees. The market is significantly dynamic and the organisation needs to work in an effective manner (Lassoued, Awad and Guirat, 2020). With the help of ethical practices, they will be able to achieve the goals and objectives in a systematic manner. The organisation could follow certain ethics and values to make a healthy working environment for the employees. There are various impact of discrimination in the workplace which is described below: The individuals which face discrimination in the workplace and mostly less engaged when they perform their duties and work responsibilities. This will create a negative impact on the operations of the organisation. They did not achieve the goals and objectives in the market. This could lead to be a disadvantage for the organisation. (2)With the discrimination the organisation overall performance is also hampered. They could lose the competitive edge in the market. (3)The organisation needsto create a healthy working environment the employees can
maximize the efforts and improve the productivity. It will be beneficial for the organisation to become more profitable in the market. (4)The turnovers of the company is also affected. The brand integrity is also disturbed because various employees will leave the job. The organisation needs to retain the employees by providing them a healthy working environment. Analysing information on the identified problem, to help inform the decision-making process Discrimination can affect the organisation overall performance in a negative manner. There are various strategies which the organisation can use in order to improve the working environment. This discrimination factors occurs because of the mismanagement of the organisation system (Shoesmith andet.al.,2022).Therearevariouscodeofconductsandethicalvalueswhichcouldbe implemented by the company to order to make a healthy working environment for all the employees. This could help the company to maximize the productivity and help them to establish positive behaviour which could beneficial for the workplace. There are various decisions which could be taken by the management in order to provide equality in the organisation arementioned below: ď‚·The appropriate structure can help the organisation in order to improve the working environment. On the other hand, the employees can perform their duties and responsibilities to the full potential. They can achieve and efficient growth in an systematic manner. ď‚·The thinking process of the individual also changes when there is discrimination in the workplace. They can perform to their full potential and achieve and efficient growth on the basis of this performance. The organisation can measure the performance of the employee and helps them in every manner r(Ahmady and Shahbazi, 2020). The individual which works more for the company can get promotion. This could help the organisation to create a positive impact in the mind of the staff. The organisation can perform this process in to achieve the goals and objectives in an systematic manner. propose a range of alternative solutions to the problem:- 1 Be transparent The government of UK has developed various laws for the organisation which they have to follow in order to run the business operations effectively and efficiently. The management of the company should create a step by step action plan for their operations which can help the employees to accomplish the set goals and mission of the company in a short period of time. The higher authorities of the company should convey their vision openly and honestly to their workforce, which can help them to work smoothly and effectively.

An organisation can use this techniques to examine the behaviour of their employees after they make a change within their organisation. The management can make the appropriate change according to the requirement arises in their company. They should always promote gender equality in their company which can enhance their business functionality. All the employees present in an organisation should be treated equally in their workplace. They can make various policies in which they can make the opportunities for every employees to give their best working performance to get the promotions , incentive sand appraisals according to their work not on the basis of gender. An organisation can follow various rules and plan of action in command to create a friendly and healthy working environment for all the employees. They should hire female employees on the higher post in their administration(Lassoued, , Awad, and Guirat, 2020) . Develop a plan for implementing the solution; The implementation of plan is refereed to the execution of a plan, idea, model and many more factor in an organisation. To get successful in the idea an organisation should follow clear
implementation steps according to the requirement. To accomplish set goals organisation can create proper and effective implementation plan. The proper step is been mentioned below:- Outline goals and objectives- An organisation should define the goals and objectives of the implementation plan they are creating. In this step, they should have complete knowledge of why they want to accomplish the plan. An organisation can conduct a proper survey regarding the discrimination within their organisation such as women respect etc. Assignresponsibilities-Anorganisationshouldassignedaproperroleandresponsibilities according to the requirement in the company. The company should assigned proper duties and authorities to the responsible person that can successfully handle the conflicts regarding the discrimination occurs in an organisation(Keough, P.D. ed., 2019) . Implementation Schedule- In this stage of implementation plan, the proper schedule has been generated which helps an organisation to execute their policies regarding discrimination in a very effective way. The managers of the company will have the complete knowledge regarding the process. Resource allocations- One of the main purpose of implementation plan in an organisation is to use their present resources in a very proper and effective way. An organisation should use proper financial resources in order to reduce the discrimination level in the company Define metrics- In this stage organisation get the knowledge of how they can evaluate their new process success and growth. CONCLUSION It can be concluded from the above report that the discrimination against the women is the prevailing issue at the workplace as it involves lowering the opportunities for women at the workplace as compared to the men. there are different solutions which can be opted by the business in order to overcome this issue which includes equal pay for equal work, providing opportunity to women for senior roles and many others. the company can make use of the opportunity for recommending women for the senior roles so that the company can eliminate the discrimination from the workplace. there are many decision making techniques which can used by the company when choosing the best alternative so that the best solution is chosen after scrutinizing all the options of the solution. further, it is concluded that the company must make communication of its plan to its essential stakeholder so that they can support in this initiative andreducethediscriminationfromtheworkplace.
