INTRODUCTION This report will discuss the solving the problems of my clients as a team member of the regent group London as clients rasika and it will evaluate my learning and skills development that include which skills are developed, what I don't know, level of confidence and how I will use my learning in my future career. This will also elaborate the three skills area which consider for the future development as well as helps in become the success career and prepare a plan for the action which helps in filling the gap. TASK-1 I worked as a problem solving in a team for the clients of the business which is regent group London. The solving problem team is a temporary structure that bring the team members across the organization to focus on the clients specific problems and solve it. The learning and development is refer as the term which are used to describe that which are done by the business for the employees to develop and encourage the professional development (Iudici, 2021). The learning and developments of the skills are enhance with the helps of online learning, training courses, development programs and development activities which are most important for the employees to develop the skills and knowledge. I developed the various skills with the helps of branding strategy and public relations campaign for the regent London group. I learnt that how to solve the problems of the clients in the effective and efficient way which are important to develop the growth and expansion of the company as well as increase the consumers and local community for the college. The problem solving skills in the workplace are most important and it refer the ability of the person which helps in find and manage the complex problems solutions as well as handle the unexpected situations with the skills. The various skills are learned with the helps of the task such as listening skills, critical thinking skills and team work (Florek and Hereźniak, 2021). The problem solving task helps in develop the many skills which are important in the business to solve the clients problems. Critical Thinking:this skills are develop with the helps of solving the problems of the clients because for solving any problems, I have to critically think and analysis the problems and then find and manage the solution which can fix the issues of regent London groups through the contact person Rasika.
Team work:this also helps in developed the team work because the problemsare solving in team and work together on the team so, the team work are enhance in my skills. Listening skills:the listening skills are also enhance with the helps of problem solving task, because the team listen the problems of the regent London groups with the passionate way and analysis the problems by listening. I didn't know at the starting of the process that how to solve the problems of the clients, how to evaluate and analysis of the problems and issues. At the time of the stating of my job, I don't know about how to identify and define the problems of clients, how to generate the list of the possible solutions, how to evaluate the all solutions and decide on the solution, how to implement the solution as planned as well as I was doesn't know about that hoe to evaluate the effective solution was (Gale, 2022). I also doesn't know about that how to coordinate between the team. But nowadays, I know about the all process of problem solving in the team that firstly identify the problems and generate the list of the solution and then evaluate the all solutions and implement the one solution which are satisfy the regent London groups. My level of confidence are improve with the helps of training, knowledge, practice, positive thinking as well as interact with the group of the people that all are helps to boost and improve my levels of the confidence. My confidence was low at the time of beginning and I was little hesitatebut right now, I am fully confidence with my ability and capability. Self confidence helps in improve my overall performance of the job and it will helps me become the successful person in my future careers. I have believed on myself that I will find and manage the best possible solution for the clients which are satisfy them and fulfils the expectations of the regent group London. I will use my learning in the future career to guide the others team members. I can become the good team leaders of the company and business as well as best employed for the business organization. It will provide me the best opportunity to explore my learning in the other fields which helps in develop my career future trough the helps of regent London group. My learning helps in accomplish the goals of my future in the career (Fleaca and Stanciu,2019). I can become the manager of the company because I have the skills to handle the team and have ability to solve the problems of the employees that will lead in the ladder of success.

Decision making Skills:this skills are also require to develop which helps in make the appropriate decision and it helps in develop the confidence as well. This also helps in make decision regarding the branding strategy and campaign of public relations. The decision making are most important in making the decision for making the business success and provide the best possible outcomes. Decision making skills are most important for the problems solvers, that they must have the ability to take the decision effectively regarding the problems as well as according to the business performance and productivity as well as operations of the management of business. Plans of actions/ smart plan Developing plan to develop the gaps of the skills effectively according to the plan of actions and achieve the targets and objectives within the duration or according to the smart plan. The smart plan is refer as the specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time that plan helps in ensure the objectives which are attainable in the definite time. The smart goals of the skills are clearly create, meaningful goals and attainable as well as helps in develop the action and motivation plan (Duca, 2021).

In the conclusion, this report elaborated the skills which are developed with the help of public relations campaign and branding strategy, level of confidence improved, learning will use in the future career. This also elaborated the skills and gaps such as communication, analytical thinking and decision making skills which are essential in the business and propose the plan for filling the actions.
