INTRODUCTION
Innovation refer as adding new values in products and these are brought up to date by
implementing new ideas and processes. Process innovation understand as application of new
emerging methodology or technology which helps the businesses to remain competitive and
fulfil the requirement of the customers (Raynaud and et.al 2020). Every innovation process
proceeds with suitable project management tools and techniques in order to meet requirements.
Hyundai motor company consider as world largest integrated automobile organisation. Latest
technology is creating opportunities for the automobile industry to introduce innovation to
deliver values in market. This report covers the area which entails the improvisation in factory
process and factory forward process to improve the process innovation. Report further illustrates
the different manufacturing process to improve the project standards and project quality. It also
covers the waterfall, lean methodology framework to complete the project and also covers the

innovation is the major requirement which enables firm to stay longer and stronger in the market.
As for the Hyundai motor company it is essential for them to introduce innovation to compete in
highly competitive automobile market.
Management commitment for innovation:
Success for the innovation always comes from the management commitment as how
enthusiastic the work culture is to introduce innovation in product and services. For this it is
essential for the firm to prepare strategy to proceed accordingly, as to conduct market research to
know latest trends and consumer demand which mainly affect the whole innovation process.

maximizing productivity while having minimizing waste within the manufacturing operation.

programming and try to avoid the quality issues by combining the skills and experience within

using lean manufacturing principles to optimize process, cut costs, boost innovation and reduce

Lean is being absolutely invaluable system which helps them for maximize their potential in
reducing their carbon footprint and overall spend through which they can place various tools to
ensure such trends, but this also provides some essential that all executive and management
which must understand idea that has launched the Hyundai with effective environment:
Kaizen- This is simply that strives for continuous improvement across some different sector
such as: process, leadership, company culture, technology, safety, quality and productivity.

and in organization this has wide approaches that try to look for improving quality of products
and services. While it keep continuously for working with refines and fine-tune process and also
ensure that products and services at of utmost quality before as they reach to the customer. It is
also known as continual process of detecting and reducing the errors in streamlining supply chain
management, manufacturing, customer experience and ensuring them with employees are up

Waterfall methodology- It is project approaches that emphasized the linear progression from
the beginning to end of project. This also often used by engineers and loaded to rely on careful
planning, detailed documentation and so on. The succession of the waterfall methods depends on
the amount and quality of work which is done on front end. This could seem for working with

some methods and ensure them for having documenting everything in advance and features
variation and outcomes (Fagarasan and et.al., 2021). Waterfall methods depends on the belief
that will relies on project requirement which can be gathered and understood up front and ensure
them for working with requirement for their project completion. The project manager that does
not get detailed understanding of project sponsor required usually contained with single

Before a product that can be released to customer this could lead with testing needs which need
to be done to ensure with products has no errors and also the requirement that have been
completed. Along with this also ensuring with having good user experience with the software.
The testing that will turn to design document, user case supplied by products' manger for
creating their test cases (Lawal and Ogbu, 2021). This seems to be important for the project
management through which the user can have their effective experience and make sure for
following about all the segments which play the role. Once the software that has been deployed
in market this could keep released on customer and maintenance have been begun and also
defects that have been found and change the request. Moreover, having such things this could
come to know about users, a team will assigned to take care about updates and release with new
version of the software.
