recommended. It is required because safety should be considered early while designing the key
decisions on the plant process.
The safety was designed due to the statistics of the accidents in the plants and has cause reuse of
the design approaches in new process plants.
The following are aspects to consider for the safety and design of a process plant.
1.General access to plant ; restrictions, controls, management of people on site
The rules of a process plants are that members working in the plant should not be put at any risk
by the management. Referring to (Westerterp & Molga 2008) ,the fencing should also be
maintained putting into considerations the following questions; how the area is densely
populated, who are required to visit the site during the working process and the characteristics of
the site like the geographical location area and proximity. With the authorization, the central
