People have highlyadopted it as a form of employment. Though having this great significant impact, the world thatit is operating on is competitive and driven by various factors. The competitiveness of industriesis stirred by the ability of companies to run at lower costs and with lesser risks that will amountto greater profits. The companies thus have to encourage the use of safety measures that willsafeguard all the operations of the companies. The employees, the visitors, the society and themanagers all need to operate in an environment that supports their operations. Safety shouldalways reign in any plant to encourage better production.General access to plant; restrictions, controls, management of people on site Do today's industries take a concern on the Safety regarding the movement of labor; itbecomes an important question since a plant involves some interrelated activities, movement ofpeople must be guided and monitored. Enhancement of this takes care of steady workforce andnormal operations of the plant. Risks related to constructions design such as labeling, demarcation, and movements ofmachines are essential to consider, as far peoples safety is concerned. These happen duringaccessibility to the site where people get injured by things such as loose trenches and materialsthat drop away from the site boundaries. The importance of this is that people will have a clearcontrol of where to pass, what not to touch, and what to use when operating a specified

Individuals [ CITATION Sad16 \l 1033 ].Therefore, the management has to makesure proper dissemination of information is done that will instigate at most safety. Need for Authorization as a safety measure calls for another concern for the safety of thesite. At this juncture, authorization gives the mandate of specific people to access the restrictedarea. This ensures control to human behavior and also prevents risks associated with machinesoperation. For example, a person who is not authorized to operate a given machine may access itand cause blockage this may result in termination of the whole production process and led to agreat unexpected loss. Therefore, there should be rules that govern the access of the site by theauthorized persons[ CITATION Gus13 \l 1033 ]. Fire safety and management, alarms, drills, consequences and controls Fire outbreak is one of the hazards that can lead to a total closure of the industry. This mayhappen as a result of the failure of some machines, loading of heating equipment and poormaintenance of mains circuit. Lack of fire fighting gadgets such as fire alarms, detectors, andextinguishers can also lead to total damage should there be a small smoke or fire outbreak.Failure to observe this, loss of materials, destruction of the whole site, the death of people anddestroying the surrounding environment can occur (Griffin & Burgess 2017). This happenstancecan lead to penalties and even suing of the industry by labour and environmental ministries. Therefore Fire safety management should be necessitated by the management throughformulating of policies that support handling of fire outbreak practice.
