1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development,
and the transferable skills
1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal
learning and development
Personal learning and development mainly aims in defining about
acquiring set of activities which helps in better engaging as by enhancing
the set of knowledge. This results in developing potential capabilities
which results in improving standards and quality of living (Trinidad, Raz
and Magsalin, 2021). With reflecting on my personal learning and
development while attending this module, a for learning and
development is mainly set the goals for developing various skills which
will helps me in successfully accomplishing the career in the future. As
for developing the knowledge will help me in acquiring various detailing
and various transferable skills. As while attending the group presentation
in my approach to learning is to mainly develop various academic and
professional skills which helps in pursuing better future career. It is
essential to become effective learner in life as it helps in constantly
developing knowledge which results in adapting the changing work
palace environment while pursuing better career in the future. As by
having good communication skills mainly help me in effectively
communicating with others which results in building good relations and
listening adequately as to perform various task for attaining the set
timely objectives. Also, while designing the group presentation this
helped me in developing team working skills, as while working with the
teams results in effectively employing and doing all the task as to
achieve the common goal. These professional skills will help me in
workings effectively with the teams by respecting opinions for achieving
success. Also, while leading the group presentation with the individual in
class, with leading the teams by dividing the roles and responsibilities
has helped me in building knowledge and managing time effectively.
also, workings with the set goals in team while completing the whole
project. This has developed my leadership skills as by leading and
coordinating whole group project and working with all the opinions of
different individuals. Further more, while attending the seminar has
helped me in developing more creativity skills. As while attending the
seminar related to the business ideas has helped me in developing
creativity skills, as it induce me to brainstorming about various ideas
which helps to start the business and attain growth for sustain in the
competitive environment in long run. As being the multitasker will help
me in working and performing more than one task at a time while
working and pursuing carer when being employees in the company. As

with using the multitasking skills aid in being more organized with
establishing the priorities which helps me in managing time by effectively
working as for achieving all the task on set time limits. This results in
being more focused. Also, I want to learn the knowledge and develop
various skills including the critical thinking, problem solving, adaptability
skills and technical skills also the cooperation which will help in better
workings and for attaining the objectives and workings in more
productive manner with acquiring more professional and academic
knowledge (Mello and Wattret, 2021).
1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed
by attending this module
Transferable skills are mainly defined as the with attending this
module the qualities, skills and abilities in and individual which is being
transferred from one job to another (Sallati, de Andrade Bertazzi and
Schützer, 2019). While learning's this module I have developed various
skills including the team working, researching skills, creativity skills,
leadership skills and the time management skills. with developing
different transferable skills will help me in working effectively in future
from one job to another. This will help me to work in positive manner with
teams and supporting others as to motivate and work in more better
manner as to achieve the objectives. Also I have developed researching
skills as to write and complete the project by welcoming other ideas and
using internet as to research on completing the group project which
helps in accomplishing the set objectives before time. Further more, I
have developed the leadership skills which will help me in taking
initiative as to take various actions for delegating task, it will also aid in
motivating others which results in building and workings in more
enthusiastic manner as by inspiring others for achieving and reaching as
to the higher goals. Also by acquiring the multitasking ability will help me
in accomplishing the task before time as by working in more effective
way this results in building the time management skills. As by effectively
managing all the task and by prioritizing the work as to achieve the set
results by achieving the objectives. Further more, have developed
creativity skills which will help me in thinking in more innovative way as
by brainstorming the ideas and thoughts for choosing the best
alternative. As creative skills will help me to generate various new ideas
and perspectives for providing and attaining the solution of facing
various problems in future. This results in effectively performing all the
work effectively in dynamic environment. Also, by effective
communicating with others helps in workings and listening others by
strongly exchanging the ideas and thoughts with others. Also, by

communicating and precise manner helps in attaining set objectives. As
by listening properly to others will assist me in giving and receiving
proper feedback by addressing all the concerns with communicating
effectively. With developing the leadership skills results in taking more
initiative as to perform various roles and responsibilities in company as
to work in more productive manner for accomplishing the goals and
objectives. Thus with acquiring ad developing these all transferable skills
will help me in performing more effective way as to attain the set
objectives while pursuing career in future as to attain the best job as
while embarking the new future career paths with acquiring and
developing these all skills which assist me in highlighting the essential
abilities which will help me inn acquiring the better career in future by
using my academic knowledge and experiences.
1.3 Skills I would like to develop during my academic studies,
personal life and the workplace
Different skills that I want to develop while pursuing academic
studies which help me in working better in personnel and professional
work life in future (Beagon, Niall and Ní Fhloinn, 2019). Developing
various capabilities will assist me in adapting and choosing the
diversified career option for the future by posting job opportunities. The
skills that I would like to develop while acquiring my academic studies
and which will help me in pursuing better career in future by being
posted at the best job. As I want to develop critical thinking and problem
solving skills which will help me in solving the issues and attaining the
best solution by critically solving the problem being arrived and helps in
attaining solution in positive way for performing better and more
efficiently while performing the future job. Also, I want to develop the
adaptability skills as this will help me in working into changing conditions
while being posted in the dynamic environment. As the changing the
environment hinders and impacts the business, so with acquiring these
skills will help me in adapting the changing working environment easily in
workings in more easy manner as by willing to adapt the existing
surroundings. Further more, , I want to develop technical skills which will
help me in developing knowledge and deep understanding about using
the software while working in the company. This will help me in being
more confident as by working in more smarter and efficient as for
accomplishing the task. Further more, while developing critical thinking
and problem solving skills, With acquiring these will help me in solving
the issues by ascertaining and evaluating the best solution in efficient
way. This will help me in choosing and selecting the right job and making
the best career move by thinking critically this assist me Improving my

decision-making processes. Also I want to develop the negotiating skills.
Also I want to develop the willingness to learn the new things this will
help me to adapt all the new attributes and workings of the changing
environment and being more successful while working at different
postilions in the company. Furthermore with developing the researching
skills will help me in developing the professionalism as to find ad use the
sources for obtaining the quick information for the project which is being
assigned. This will help in retaining for long term with attaining job
security. This results in being an irreplaceable individual. Also acquiring
the decision making ability will help me in solving issues in effective way
as to obtain the best results with making the decision. With being self
managed and motivated assist me in improving all the task in positive
manner. This will help me to grow and express my opinions which helps
in participating effectively while taking various decisions while solving the
problem. Also by being more organized in life will help me in meeting the
set deadlines in life which helps me in scheduling my time as to break
larger task into more managed manner. Thus with acquiring wide
number of transferable skills will help me in being more professional
while being selected for the particular job with adapting the future growth
opportunities in life with being more productive.
