In order to achieve future growth and development, self managed learning acts as
prominent role to boost knowledge, skills of individual by which successfully results can be
achieved. Increase in the level of knowledge enables individual to remove barriers and
hindrances that come across performances. In this report by being, assistant manager of
Travelogue Hotel In Iiford, approaches or the process of development of self managed learning

by attending seminars, internet, self managed learning, further educations, recognition of prior
learning have been detailed. Need of effective communication skills and retention of turnover on
