INTRODUCTION Different types of challenges are faced by the various business organisation who are operating their business functions at the global level and the main reason behind this is the dynamic business environment(Cheevapruk, Pasunon and Chantuk, 2018). The following report is based on the corporate social responsibilities which is being considered as one of the most important ethical issue. The following report is going to discuss about the challenges and the code of conduct that is being taken into consideration by the company management in order to solve the issue which is mentioned. Afterwards this report will discussed about the professional bodies which helps in dealings with these issues. In the end a CPD plan is formulated in this report that assist in understanding about the detailed learning in the module. MAIN BODY TASK A CorporateSocial Responsibility The corporate social responsibility is basically a management concept in which the different types of business organizations combines the social as well as environmental concerns. It has been make sure by the company management that they meet all the needs of the stakeholders. The corporate social responsibility may be defined as those policies and practices which are taken into consideration by the company management in order to have a positive influence all across the globe(Griner and Salmon, 2021). By doing this, they are able to develop a good image in the market which result in attaining all there goals in a very effective manner. It is very important for the firm to take care the environment because they get the resources from environment, so it is there responsibility to use the resources in a very balanced and optimized manner. It has been observed that the corporate social responsibilities have a great impact on the business organisation. TESCO PLC is a well known British multinational brand of United Kingdom and the company management believes that success can be attain by showing a ethical behaviour towards the society, workforce and the customers. They offer high quality of goods and services to their clients and take a proper care of the environment by reducing the carbon footprints. This not only assists the company in increasing their potential customer base but also help in develop a good image in the mind of customers.
If they don't do this, then this directly affect their sustainability in the global competitive market. In the recent time it is very crucial for the company management to take care the environment because the consumers are well aware about the safety of the environment and the hygiene. If the company are involves in the CSR then this result in increasing their expenditure but this give assistance to them in improving their sustainability as well as profits for a long period of time. Code of conduct The proper code of conduct give assistance to the business enterprises to attain the defined objectives in a very successful manner(Gunderson, 2021). They give respect to their employees and follow all the principles of business integrity. In relation to the TESCO plc, the values which are follow by the firm are as follows: - Integrity Respect Responsibility Pioneering These values make the TESCO PLC more strong. These practices assist in engaging the workers and retain them within the company. Wise decisions are taken by them in order to develop healthy and strong relationship with the stakeholder. Some standards are followed by the TESCO PLC and all these standards are aligned with the values which give assistance to them operating effectively. The three pillars has been discussed below: - ï·Preventions: -at all the levels they follow the culture. ï·Detection: -they motivate the workforce and engage them in the decision making. ï·Response: -Effective tools are used by them in order to overlook all the functions and regularly improves them. An effective way is provided by the code of conduct which are followed by them. The management of the company treat all their employees equally so they feel valuable within the firm(Hallmann and et. al.,2019). In addition to this, the firm also follow the anti pollution guidelines by which they can work effectively towards he environmental safety. The obeying of all the code of conduct result in attaining the success.

They also make sure that no unethical actions are carried out by the firm which hit hard to the environment. ï·Government: -the government of the UK make sure that all organisation working in the nationeffectivelyfollowthecorporatesocialresponsibilitiesanddon'tharmthe environment as well as company workforce. In addition to this, they also make sure that firm serve quality product to their customers and all the standards are follow by them . Concludes with an assessment of the likely impact both the support and codes of conduct could have on the issue Code of conduct plays a very crucial role behind the company success so it is very important for the company management to follow the values and ethics in proper manner. This result in developing good image of thee firm in the market and attract large base of customers. Code of conduct are basically the standard which assist firm to deal with the challenges effectively and overcome form them(Osbornand and Belle, 2019). The professional bodies act as a helping hand which give assistance to the business enterprises so that they don't carry out the unethical activities. If code of conduct is not follow by the company then, they have to face the challenges like employees are not working properly and they not deal with the customers in proper manner. This may also arise to the legal compliances and penalties.
