INTRODUCTION
Preparing for a professional career is one of the key tasks for an individual in order to
deliver best performance. In the stiff competition era it is essential for a person to focus on
preparation of professional career to achieve key job based goals and objectives (Barr, 2019).
This is main role of a person to focus on key aspects of professional career and its development
in order to achieve and accomplish life and career based goals. This project will include example
of Morgan Sindall Group which is one of the major and leading construction and regeneration
company that is headquartered in London, United Kingdom. The Mordgan Sindall Group
company was founded in the year 1977 and it has over 6700 employees in current time. This
report will cover ethical and moral responsibilities of a business along with significance of
corporate government. This report will cover key aspects of professional standards which are
essential for development of a business entity.

TASK
An overview of the organisation, the type of business and the area(s) in which it operates
including the roles and responsibilities of the stakeholders.
The Morgan Sindall Group is a leading Britain based regeneration and construction
company. Company is having expert and trained employees who are capable of performing
operations in the field of regulated, public and private sectors. It operates through six divisions of
construction and infrastructure, fit out, property services, partnership housing, urban regeneration
and investments The company is also listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a integral part
of FTSE 250 index. This company took over William Sindall and emerged as a giant company in
the field of construction.
Stakeholders are important resource for a company who helps in increasing chances of
company growth and expansion. It is the responsibility of shareholder to align with company
rules and policies that include primary focus on business development. The key role of
stakeholders is to ensure development of honesty based practices which are important for
effective growth (Castellano, Richardson, and Stone, 2017). The stakeholders and their
responsibilities are very much essential to be analysed by a company in order to achieve set
targets related to them. The main stakeholders of Morgan Sindall company are customers,
employees and shareholders which are to served in a precise manner. The company must also
include its focus on development of key strategies and planning for performing operations
according to stakeholders demand. Another major responsibility of stakeholders is to maintain
effective and good relationship with business.
Discuss the moral and ethical responsibility of the organisation
It is important for every organisation to focus on development of moral and ethical values
in order to lead the competition. This approach will also help the company to achieve effective
and goodwill and reputation at the marketplace (Chang, and Daly, 2019). This is one of the key
roles of a business to focus on improving moral and ethical functions in order to develop more
competitive approach. The business organisations are also involved in formulating best practices
which leads to enhance the capabilities of management. Moral and ethical responsibility of an

management of various operations (Fletcher Jr, Warren, and Hernández-Gantes, 2018). The key
importance and significance of corporate governance and leadership are mentioned below:

organisation to ensure development of business firm on the basis of precise techniques
and tools.

most essential task performed by business organisation (Main, Wang, and Tan, 2022).
The main task of a business is to implement key practices which are important for
business on going in a professional manner.

 Contemporary operations- In the corporate world, nowadays competition is
surprisingly increasing. The contemporary operations related to a business should be
performed on regular basis in order to gain effectiveness in key operations.

From the above analysis it can be concluded that professional practices are essential for
an individual in order formulate key aspects of business development. The professional skills are
most significant in making an organisation more competitive at the marketplace. This project
concludes that most of the companies in the global and domestic marketplace focus on
implementation of a major code of conduct which is required for facilitating key and general
operations. This project concludes that development of high level skills in employees is also
beneficial for a business to develop majority of business operations in an ethical manner. This
analysis also concludes that in order to gain competitive advantage in a short span of time, it is
necessary for companies to focus on systematic and precise approaches related to development.
