INTRODUCTION
The report's goal is to evaluate an existing issue which is faced globally by organisations
in their respective workplace. Due to a very diverse and complex business market, it is easy for
the business to fulfil all it's responsibility and targets of their set goals. This sort of existing
world includes contest, other data privacy and safety, sustainability, environmental safety and
their protection and their workplace culture and ethics. Sainsbury's is known for retail
supermarket which is responsible for providing good services and products to their customers. It
was seen that there was a boom rapid growth in the industry due to the ethical and moral
practices. All these factors are responsible for business growth and productivity and for their
brand image which impacts the organisation's growth and prosperity (Blythe and et al., 2018).
Along with that there will be more of discussion about the strategies and other plan of action
which the organisation could make to solve the problem.

The difficulty that Sainsbury's is facing in their market business which is stopping the
business organisation to acquire a systematic growth and reach is the sustainability problem. The
organisation's aim should be to reduce the waste and reduction in emission. They should work
for the betterment of the society and the environment. This ultimately helps the company to
maintain a positive and a brand image in the retail industry. On the contrary, Sainsbury's
experience can help in becoming more of competition in the market which will help the business
in drawing attention to more of potential consumers to the retail shop. Their main objective
should be the focus on the betterment of the environment by reduction in waste. There are other
significant steps which has to be implemented to aid in solving the problems of the organisation.
Sustainability is an important issue that the organisation or the firm needs to solve to achieve and
acquire the set required goals and objectives efficiently (Caniglia and et. al., 2021).
Human rights of the professional in business market suggests about the labour rights and
labour equalities. Human rights standards in individuality ensures the unity and and anti-
corruption in an organisation. This form of assertions provides environmental safety and security
in their respective workplace or within their businesses and corporations. Business and human
rights help solely in fostering the dialogue between the different stakeholders. Human rights at a
workplace aids in fostering their labour standards and their respective practices are fair. This
