INTRODUCTION
The report aims to describe various way of professional communication. It is of much
kind which takes place as per the situation and place. Communication is important key elements
that must be done clearly and concisely to provide better understanding (Burns, Sinfield, and
Abegglen, 2018). This report is going to present how to convey professional message with the
help of conducting a memo for Tesco Plc. Also, there will be an Email for the purpose to sell
product and service to convenience the manager of Sainsbury’s.

Company Memo- Christmas party

To: All staff
Date: 1 December
Re: The great Christmas party!!
Christmas is the festival full of dreams, hopes and joys which cherish every home. It is a
festival of positivity and faith over Christianity. I'm happy to inform you that the company
Christmas party will take place on 24th December. There will be a cash bar and plenty of drinks!
We will have a small band playing traditional feel free to sing along.
Be ready to get relax and forget all the work on the special occasion of Christmas
I am keen to inform you all that, Tesco is celebrating a great Christmas party which will take
place on 24 December (Gat, Pade, and Avrech Bar, 2019). It will start sharp at 5 pm and end on
12 pm at the Golf club.
The party includes all the facilities for fun and entertainment and make the Christmas eve as
memorable by your presence. A little tree of Christmas will be decorated for the photo session.
I would like to inform you all that this would be the most greatest part of the company. You can
enjoy unlimited drinks, food and a traditional band which is the famous band of UK. It will

double up the excitement for the night.
There are so much of dance, music, games and fun activities that will bring togetherness and
motivation.
Not that much, the excitement is still not over.
Everyone is required to be a special character in their own way. It must be supported by great
influencers and personality (Li, Dursun, and Hegelheimer, 2017). Dress code must be as per
the theme suits to the character. All are welcomed to show their talent whether in dance,
signing, craft and acting. This would be an opportunity to present own self, eliminate
regressions and grief’s and accept forgiveness by join hands together. The CEO of our company
will provide several attractive gifts at the end of party on the bases of best character.
Gifts are must!
Not for only one but for everyone.
Each individual is mandatory to bring gifts not more than the price of $10 to be friendly for
everyone's pockets. The gifts will be exchange after the Christmas tree which will be at 6 pm.
I would be happy to have you all at the party eve to give your valuable contribution and make
the festive eve fun and exciting. All the gifts should be decorated in an attractive manner so that
they catch all the eyes.
All the employees are heartily invited to make the party super fun and ravishing.
The CEO of the company will be having a special announcement that requires all your presence
at the end.

product range (Hartel, Noone, and Oh, 2017). it serves almost all the customers of the market
of United kingdom.The best thing of our product range is that it saves more for the organisation
as well as customers. What could be better than having healthy products at a reasonable price. It
will helps in achieving competitive advantage in all over the market due to our reputation and
product quality. It would be an opportunity to be a part of Tesco product range and gain various
advantage of being our member. As the market is becoming highly competitive which require a
lot of Strategies and planning to get customer attention Tesco is providing a great opportunity to
secure your business with a lower investment and chances of high profitability. This
collaboration is beneficial for both the organisation as Sainsbury is getting a chance of doing
business together with such a huge brand like Tesco. It will result in gaining higher profit and
