INTRODUCTION Professional development can be described as the process of the continuation in which the individual develop new skills to attain an effective growth for the future(Benjamin, and McDevitt, 2018). There is a process which advance to the individual to achieve success in the suitable job position. The report aims to analyse about understanding the role of professional development which makes the individual more collaborative in every manner. Mortha Halls of Ivy is a private organisation which provide multiples vocational courses to the individual. There are different professional courses which is provided by them in order to improve the skills and competencies of the individual. It is registered in the united states as the learning service providers. On the other hand, in this report there will be discussion about the review of the placement in the organisation. Along with that, the main focus of the report is to development goals for the career development. For further instance, there are different areas which could be improved in an effective manner. There are multiple actions which can be taken by the individual in an effective manner. MAIN BODY TASK 1 Organisation Analysis Aims of the organisation –The main aim of the Mortha Halls of Ivy is to provide new vocational courses to the individual which helps them to attain an efficient growth for the future(Benson, 2018). The manager of the company provides a brief to commence different activities and tasks and help me to get guidance for the effective start in different situations. Organisational structure of the firm –The organisational structure of Mortha Halls of Ivy is excellent. There are different things which I have learned while taking different sessions. This will certainly help me to achieve an effective growth for the future. I had develop different skills and capabilities in order to improve the aspects in which I am lacking(Ruppert, 2019). Specifictypeofactivitywhichisorganisedexternallyandinternallybythe organisation –In the organisation like Mortha halls of Ivy I have performed the duties of manager which helps me to improve my overall skills. I have communicated with
differentstudentstoimprovetheirvocabularyskills.Thecompanymembersare professional they had taught me new things which has helped me grow for future opportunities in multiple fields. Analysis of the department and Personal level Productive activity of the organisation –I have been working in different teams to achieve the goals and objectives set by the management. I have improved my managerial skills and communicate with different individuals. The working environment is also flexible I helps the students in improving their critical areas and vocabulary. Relating the departmental objectives to the aim of the organisation –The main aim of my department is communicate with different individuals to improve their learning to improve their vocabulary(Canaran, and Mirici, 2020). On the other hand, the main aim of Mortha Halls of Ivy is to provide the different vocational courses to the individual. Structure of the department –The department in which I was working I had also learn how to schedule the meetings. The department individuals was fully professionals they had helped metounderstand myoverall duties and tasks which I had to perform in an effective manner. Understanding the role –I have learned new things while working in the organisation. I certainly feel connected with the organisation. This is the big opportunity the main role is to communicate with different individuals. I have understand different skills which includes leadership, effective communication etc(Temple,and Gall, 2018). The main role is to formulate different strategies and approaches to carry out the tasks in an effective manner. Describing personal network within the place Ihaveconnectedprofessionallywitheveryindividualswhichisworkinginthe organisation. While learning new things in Mortha Halls of Ivy they have helped me to achieve an effective growth by enhancing my overall knowledge. In the future I can attain the desired job position which I want to achieve in the future(Wen, and Dong, 2019).
