care workers' and clients' interest in it. The idea of professionalism refers to how one conducts
themselves at work with commitment, transparency, competence, and honesty. It is not necessary
to dress professionally and bring a briefcase (Donaldson, 2022). It has to do with the tenets of
professional conduct: morality, effectiveness, collaboration, and interaction. Thus, the focus of
