INTRODUCTION
Career development is the series of activities in the life long process for the developing of he an
individual’s career. The process has the major level of involvement of the training on the
development of the new skills in order to move to the higher job responsibilities. This is also

Radiometer Malaysia Sdn Bhd is the Medical Equipment Manufacturer in Petaling Jaya is
looking for the skills account manager who is able to oversees the relationship of the company in
term of maintaining the important client. The manager will be responsible for the obtaining and
maintaining the long-term key customer by completing and comprehensions their specific needs
and requirements.
The ideal candidates will be adaptable for building the strong level of relationships with
strategic customer by identifying the needs and requirement in order to promote the business
solutions and achieving the mutual satisfaction.
Responsibilities
For developing and sustaining the solid relationship with key clients that’s is helpful in
generating more revenues for the company.
Addressing and resolving the key client’s complaints.
To have the act in the main points of contact which is assigned as the between the key

clients and internals terms.
Supervising the account team which is being assigned to each specie key clients.
Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and
logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
